I received a call today from my bank telling me a 39.95 charge was posted after I ordered a FREE grant CD fror 2.99! I called this number that was posted on here and told customer service (I use those words loosely) I wanted reimbursement. Late 2006 received a call from Imperial stating that they were changing owners and this would delay the production of my BBQ but that when it was manufactured we would receive and upgraded model. Found This unauthorized transaction on my Paypal account on 12/11/08 in the amount of 29.95. Also found one from iCareer for 1.97 on the same date, only hours apart. I have not used this card for weeks, and only used it the DAY before this charge appeared to order a pizza online from Papajohns.com. Calling the 800 number did no good, as I got an automated message, and the 800 number for Papajohns.com swears they are 100% secure from anyone getting credit card info via their ordering site. I came across this website while browsing and read some review and thought it was a good program. The sales pitch online says it only cost $1.95 to download their software to gain access available Grants. I paid that fee and of course, got nothing out of it. I also paid $3.95 s&h for a CD that I was supposed to get in the mail. I NEVER saw it. Well this time Dutchess County and New York State have decided we cannot even have The United States Military send mail to our legal address! In May of 2008 I was contacted by People's First Financial in regard to a loan modification. At the time I had already started to negotiate a re-payment plan with my mortgage company. I was advised by People's First Financial that the arrangement I had with my lender would only cause me to fall behind once again due to the size of the payment. I had my purse stolen in September 2007. I had to cancel EVERYTHING. My credit cards were used immediately. I am still dealing with that pain. I had to change banks and accounts. I went back to all of those individuals that I had checks with to tell them about the issue. One of those places was walmart. About three months ago, a young man from the "neighborhood" was going door to door selling children's books as part of a fundraising event for his broadcasting school. When removing the hair because it started to itch, create sores, and hairline balding, they also cut off my hair in the process. Their is no product warning on this and I am warning you, do not go here. They will put a curtain over the mirror and cut off your remaining hair. Your only option is to keep getting services from them. I did not. I have opted for a wig and a good dermatologist! I've paid them 70 euro for the data machine that they will going to send for my home-based job as a data entry and Mr. Edgar G. Carl said that it was refundable within my first salary. But then, no data machine deliver to my home address and when I've send an email to them it keeps on coming back. We rented a ski boat for 3 days with a wakeboard. After 2 attempts on the wakeboard the boot ripped and detached from the ski. Paradise charged us $65 for a replacement boot though we barely used it and did not in any way abuse the wakeboard. We paid over $900 for 3 days to rent the boat and they still stuck us with a $65 charge... Repairing the boot could only have cost $10-$20 at most. They are obviously desperate for $$$. I ordered a sofa, chair and ottoman in Oct 2006. It was a special order. They delivered at the end of Jan 2007. Chair was damaged. There was a small hole in the fabric on the top of the chair. I accepted it (which I know now I shouldn't have done) and called the store right away. The manager said new fabric would be ordered and the chair would be fixed. I ordered the free trial for 10 days and was only to pay shipping. I received the box on a Friday and tried it. It was very cumbersome and I didn't feel it was worth getting more of after trying it a few days. Five days after I received it, I saw that I was charged $78.23 and tried to contact the company. I canceled the same day I joined which was 6/1/08, On 6/2/08 they charged my card. I called my card company. They said to see if it was taken off on my next bill, which I did check. This so called company is asking for people who are trying to find a job and click on this one on Craigslist job search to do a credit background check at the company of their choice. This is a scam there is no company called EDEA Labs at the email address [email protected]. I never went to the site they told me to do the check but tried to send the an email that stated that I have the work background check to show in person. The email address is no good. I ordered a CD to make money with Google and all of a sudden, I started to get money pulled out of my account without receiving the CD. I attempted to call and cancel, but either I was put on hold and I gave up or it was busy or before/after hours. I can never seem to get a hold of these people, but will try again to receive a refund. They have taken money out of my account twice, once for $98.04 on 5-10-09 and again (still pending charge) for $48.16.
