I ordered trial supplements from them and they started charing my credit card for SEVERAL different items, totalling over $300.00. Francesca wanted me to order a size up from my measurements but I insisted on buying the size the manufacturer’s chart said I should. Took 3 months and a BBB case top get the final piece of the order. Additionally, part of the shipment did not arrive which they blamed me for and the level of service was the bottom of the pile. If you have nothing better to do with your life, then go ahead and waste your time dealing with these guys. It is a great example of what NOT TO DO in customer service. The automated calls come in to our cell phones repeatedly, day after day. We've told the person that eventually comes on the line (when we push the # they say to talk to a representative) that we are not interested in the extended warranty and to take our numbers off of their list. This company will infect your computer with a virus and then send pop ups possing a well know virus protection suppliers like AVG and Norton. If you do manage to get onto a real web site for a virus protection supplier when you go to the check out MBcontacts jumps inbetween and your money goes to them. I have a 4 year old GE Monogram 42" built in side by side fridge. It has had numerous issues with maintaining cool temp in the fridge and freezer and the unit is serviced 2x a year for this issue (along w/ moisture problems, ice maker issues, etc.). So apparently my account was canceled a month ago and I just received charges on my card from living lean which is an online subscription. I have never received anything from them. Apparently it is clearly stated in their terms and conditions that when you buy the tea, you are automatically enrolled in the subscription.
