I actually bought health insurance from consumer health benefits and they ripped me off 259.95 they never sent me a package with a member number or anything they told me there is a no refund policy and i lost my money. Now anyone who knows about health insurance knows you have 30 days to cancel and get your money back , the better business bureau says they don't exist. When I notified Amex about this, they told me that I could only recover the last two months and that this company had been billing me since June. I have received two different emails from Amex stating different amounts to be refunded while they investigate. Was not very happy with my shopping experience of ZipVit at all. Placed an order and it never turned up and when I contacted them they tried to tell me that they didnt have my order. Very unprofessional for an online retailer. Seemed extremely unorganized. Eventually got my order over a month later and needless to say, I wont be ordering again. Dishonest seller. They issued an RMA and then did not honor it. After five e-mail messages and three phone calls over a one month period, they then claimed that an RMA had never been issued! This Lady sold me a Puppy for $2000.00, as a 'pocket pet' under 8 lbs. This puppy is already 51/2 lbs at 5 months old. I have had other breeders look at her and tell me, I have been deceived, that she will not be a pocket pet. on the web site they have a picture from the ugg austrailia web site of ugg boots and state that they are made in austrailia. when they arrived it said on the box that they are made in china and they look fake and don't fit properly. I would like to share my experience with Vintage Gliders of Danville, VA., for the benefit of others. I purchased a restored vintage metal glider from them recently. I live in New Orleans, so I had to have the glider shipped to me, without seeing it first. My ban k account was charged $89.95 for two bottles of acaislim I did not order. The company advertisement is misleading and does not show amount that will be charged. The trial was for colotox supposeably used by Oprah. My account was charged for trial which, I did not mine $7.00 for colotox. How do companies like this get away with ripping people off? I ordered Christmas return labels online on 12/7/08 from this online company. They were being sent via "Standard Delivery" for $4.99. The labels were shipped on 12/9/08. It is 12/18/08 and I still have not received the labels. I called the company and was told they shipped it via Third Class Mail which takes 10-14 business days. Unprofessional is a gross understatement for this "messenger" service company. We asked for a price quote for pick-up of products. This company is big in making fake promises to employees and ripping them off. They are in business as a staffing agency but when I joined the company, I came to know that they make fake resumes of their employees to place them with clients. I was searching the internet about a week ago (Mar. 25, 2009) and on the google web page their was an add that stated for less than $2.00 they would send you all the info. you need to start a money making home internet company. I was called by this company in July to rent my timeshare. They guaranteed that my timeshare was highly desired and should be no problem to rent before the end of the year. Despite that around Dhs.25/- was deducted from my credit card account 5409-0850-0019-7811.
