This company sent an unsolicited fax to my job on the morning of 10/01/2008. They advertised a vacation package for $99 a person (plus port fees). It sounded like a great deal, so I booked one. I ended up having to pay almost $550 for the package (not including what the others that I planned to invite would have to pay). I almost immediately demanded my money back, but they told me that I would have to wait until the vacation paperwork arrived and to send it back for a refund. Purchased a new Campagnolo Record seatpost at Lee's bike shop. After several rides seat would not stay level, would creep back. Returned seat post to store. Splines on seatpost stripped. Damaged splines were due to poor design not to incorrect mounting as the rep was telling them. It's not rocket science to install. Brent Fair sold tickets for TAPSCON 2009 while in dispute with the hotel he was having the event at. I have had a horrific time with PC Richards in NYC. 1 year ago I purchased a refrigerator after the first one I purchased went bad. It should have been a simple exchange since I had a warranty but no such luck. They were extremely rude in the 14th street store and not very knowledgeable. I finally got things squared away. These charges appeared on my card in Nov. 07. After several phone calls to their number I was told that they could not find any info on my account and the only way to stop the charges was for me to give them my credit card number. When I asked, how can you charge my card without my number on record; I was immediately transferred to a Supervisor who asked the same questions. Bottom line is they did not get my number and I called my card company (who was very helpful) and had some of the charges removed and others put in dispute. Hi, my name is Marck Optes, my little son formatted the whole computer system, what I can do with that - nothing really, because he is my son. So all the family pictures has been there, all the memories, there was nothing to do but ask for a recovery. I adopted a cat from Larimer County Humane Society. I thought that would be the right thing to do, but I got the raw end of the deal.
