I have been receiving similar scams previously but on this occasion I stupidly enough gave them my credit card details, as it stated that I was only paying $2 or something like that to get information sent out. I noticed on my credit card statement that they have taken a further $75.87 from my account which that had no consent in doing!!! I am furious about this as I only had enough credit to pay a bill that was due to come out and this has now made my account overdrawn and I have a $30 fee. I was informed that the product I wanted was in stock; after making the order (and they charge your card immediately) and waiting a couple weeks for the shower arm to arrive, I called customer service - which is consistently a 15 minute wait, canceled the order and was informed that I would see a refund on my credit card within the next two business days. My bank account shows a charge for @29.95 from a site called www.fit-fac.com based in Nevada and I have not ordered anything from that company. I ordered a free trial of Acai 500 ( the one that was talked about and shown in Oprah ) for $3.95 almost 2 weeks ago, but have not received it. It is stupit that gas stations slow down the flow of fuel 25ct from your prepaid amount. It has not always been this way, in the past it would slow down 5-10ct from the prepaid amount. My order was for "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles". I paid a total of 87.95 including shipping. I was very disappointed with the product that you provided. The picture quality was very poor. (grainy as if copied from an 8 hour VHS tape on to DVD). The episodes had pieces of television commercials. The logo for a cable TV channel was on some pictures. The entire series is obviously a pirated copy and not from Lucas Film. I demand a full refund of my entire purchase price and cost for shipping. This company's email advertisement/website leads you to believe that you are paying $1.97 for shipping on three free e-books. In actually, you are actually signing up for a 14 day trial program that will automatically charge you $69.95 a month until you physically contact them and cancel. I order a "free" bottle of AcaiPure and Purity 12 (for colon health) being charged $4.95 for shipping and handling. Received both, instead of cleaning my system, I am constipated. Then the charge of $74.95 appears on my statement, then $39.95, then $29.95. Greenway ripped us off on our move from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. We were quoted a price of $650, and they charge hourly. First we requested several times they be there between 8 and 9am we had to be out of our apartment and needed to be on the way to Orlando early. I wanted to try this product which actually did nothing for me. They count the shipping days as part of your free trial. I only got to use my free trial for 6 days and then they charged my debit card $80. I called them and told them I had not even had it 14 days and they said they shipped it on the 9th of feb. What is the purpose of a grace period? Apparently for Wells Fargo, it means nothing. Every month I go to their website and schedule my auto payment. Each time it is at least 2 days before the grace period ends, but each month I still get collection calls. I don't have an answering machine, but on my caller ID, it showed up that they had called my house 5 times in one day and on the 6th time I was at home to take the call.
