I went to a website about 3 weeks ago and it said FREE CD, just pay shipping and handling fee of $1.98. I did not see anything else on the site that would cause me any concern. I came across this website offering CD for $2.29 Shipping only. However, I didn't get the CD and they charged me $39.95 monthly fee. I called the 800 # from my bank report 1-800-487-7085 and spent more than 15 minutes trying to get the person (in India) to understand I wanted to cancel my account. I spend time, energy, and gas on this scam. The moment I finally sat down with one of their "managers" I noticed the credit card machine. I was actually quite shocked that she thought she could fool me since I have agents and a manager already. But alas she tried and explained to me that if I already had "good" model pictures then I would not have to take new ones. After caching a check this morning where Tele Check approved the check. I attempted to purchase goods at a second store. I was denied again. There are more than sufficient funds to cover the checks I am writing. I intend to notify the company that Tele Check is causing them to loose money in their own effort to keep from loosing money. Just yesterday I purchased a seersucker blazer from the store. While sitting at work today, I felt something poking me underneath my arm. I took the jacket off to look what it was. They say they will supply you with requested information and if they do not supply you with the information you paid for, the will refund your money as it states in the terms 'MONEY BACK GUARANTEE'. I am writing to complain about smoking in Hallenstadion during the recent CSI Mercedes event. My wife and I attended the event on Sunday 25th January 2009. I had purchased the best and most expensive seats available in area WO near the VIP area. I purchased a pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical less than 6 months ago. I purchased the Scratch Guard coating to be applied to them. First Option Mortgage RAISED our fees at closing with NO notification or authorization. We were told by Josh Fitzwater to close the loan and he would see what he could do.
