gmc acadia 2007
Kim Cain March 30, 2009
My Acadia has a whine noise that will drive you crazy. It sounds as if the power steering pump needs fluid all of the time. It aslo has a 3 or 4 second delay then a grinding sound when it is started. I have had it in the shop 3 times and it is still not fixed. read full review »

Quality Brake Specialist, Inc
Richard March 30, 2009
Good evening, My car was taken to Quality Brake Specialist, Inc at 180 S. Telegraph road by my fiance' on Fri 2-6-09 for excelleration issues. The owner explained that there was a number of things wrong with the car, mostly braking issues, ie. struts, balljoints. He said that those needed to be taking care of right away and he told him ok, but the car was here for excelleration issues. He stated that if we get a new catalic converter and 2 computer chips that would indeed fix the excelleration issue. He quoted $500 something odd $'... read full review »

TATA 1615 - Commercial Vehicle
A.B. Abdul Salam March 30, 2009
I bought a Brand New Vehicle of TATA 1615 Truck in February, 2009 from DIMO Lanka. It Has Break Down in the middle of the road on 21 March, 2009, saying that water mixed with oil and leaking. It has ran only 4000km. Its was not even one month used. I request the company to change with new Engine, but DIMO is trying to do some repair and return the same to me. Untill now they did not inform me what was the real problem of it. I dont understand to accept it or not. If I accept it and if the same problem repeat, what assurance can be given by DIMO. I am waiting for your valuable advice? A.B. Abdul Salam. read full review »

Mangala gas agency
sandy March 30, 2009
first getting a telephone line connection with the agency is difficult and the answers to our query is rather given rudely and arrogantly. Secondly if we do our booking during power cuts, we are told to confirm our booking when the power supply is back. In case we forget to do so, our previous booking is not taken into account and we have to do fresh booking again, as everything is fed into the computer. In this process getting a cyclinder is delayed. It is sad to learn that while India has made its mark in IT industry but still a common man has to face this problems. read full review »

These guys are utter con artists. First they added a $2, 000 dollar 'reconditioning fee' to the advertised price of the car I went to look at (having originally asked for $2, 900) - this is standard practice on all their cars going by the online reviews, i.e. they lie about prices to bring people in and set up a 'bait & switch'. They then convinced me to leave a $500 'fully refundable' deposit while they tried to work out an acceptable finance deal. Their finance 'package' involved my paying... read full review »

I have been trying to find the correct dept for ins claims, The collection dept keeps calling me, I faxed them the info they need to fill out in order for the ins to pay them, they will not do it, I even supplied a fax number for them. I can't get any where with them, this has been going on since the middle of jan. They continue to call and harrass me for the payment when all they have to do if fax the info to the ins co. and they will be paid, no one either has the number for the ins dept. or won't give it up. when you call and number they gave me it refers you back to their generic number. read full review »

Honest Engines And Transmissions

Honest Engines and Transmissions is just another fly by night internet scam preying on the needs of unsuspecting marks. I went to their internet site to see if they had a used engine for my car, a message came up saying that they did and that I should call for more info- WARNING- you can put ANY make and model in their search box and the same message will come up, it is not a real search. When I called in to get a quote, I was told they had the engine and they quoted me $1200. That sounded ok so I told them that I wanted it. They... read full review »

Sport City Toyota/Car Dealer
Unknown March 29, 2009
This Dealership STEALS!!! not only from its customers but also from its employees. I'm a former employee at sport city toyota and was on more than one occasion taken advantage of by management. Our pay plan was 25% of what the front would make and 10% of what the back would make and our minimum comission of 100.00 no matter what a car deal made. However, when we made money on a car deal that would exceed the limit of 100.00 they found every excuse not to pay us our comission. They also force the employees to buy a uniform (shirts, pant... read full review »

My payment was $450 for a $13, 000 car with a trade-in I still owed $4, ooo on which was worth about $1500-$2000, and this was a 60 month loan. Represented a 1970 Pontiac GTO front endura bumper as properly restored for $2450.00 plus $400 truck freight shipping. Upon removing the bumper from the crate there was evidence of cracking in the primer. Sanding of the primer revealed a heavily cracked bumper that was never "restored". A very thick coating of primer was applied over the bumper in order to hide the cracks and circumvent the laborious work that would have been needed to properly restore the bumper. Frank DeLarzelere refuses to stand up for it despite the "guarantees" made on his website. He is also known as Biker Fox and apparently is a colorful character. read full review »
