In August 2007 I purchased a used 2004 F150 4x4 Ford truck from Lum's Ford. Manufacturer's waranty had just lapsed but the truck was covered by the dealer quality service waranty. I recently had a problem with someone stealing my bank card info and using it at two gas stations in a state that I don't even live in. Frustrated, after I contacted my bank I wanted an explaination from the company as to why this happened. All I wanted as contact information so I could speak with the manager at that location. On 27th May I finally delivered my car for body repair (change of rear bumper; rear part of exhaust pipe & repair a minor damage in the body). I was told that it need 7 working days. Today is 14th of June & my car is still lying in their workshop without repair & GOD knows when this suffering will conclude. I have domestic gas connection no.T 3777 with JJ Gas, Wazirpur, New Delhi. Yesterday I had to go personally to the Company to book my gas refill as none of the telephone was available. In the last 8 months this is perhaps the 3rd or fourth time consecutive that their phones are e busy & I have to go personally. I bought a new model passion plus on november 2007. Recently i met with an accident and the visor of the bike got damaged.I bought the vehicle from Ace motors, Calicut. I want to get the visor replaced. I have been waiting for more than 15 days. The concerned say that it will take at least one more month to get me the visor. We bought a complete set of Sumitomo tires for our car on 02-09-08 through the Sears automotive dept. in Enid, Oklahoma. We had the tires mounted, balanced, & the car aligned on that day. We have driven less than 9, 000 miles since buying these new tires & the car has developed a shimmy. I purchased two 300cc ATV's from Extreme Motor Sales in April. Parts are breaking and I am now being told that those parts are not covered under their warranty. My daughter was buying a Corolla for $21000 and was told that she was approved for $0 down 2.9% for 60 months. She has a credit rating in the mid 700's with a 2% debt ratio. She had all of the papers signed and was taking delivery the next day since she was told that the vehicle had just rolled off the truck and was not checked in yet. "$500 in free gas" induced me to purchase new Kia Rio. However, later learned to collect would need to use $125/month in gas. Impossible driving a Kia on a small Island. SecureGasRedemption's website mentions "alternate gifts" for those unable to buy this month gas month. I have sent 3 E-mails and phoned them once to get more info on the "alternate gifts", but get no response. I have been receiving calls to extend my automotive factory warranty for about three months. The recording says to press 1 to speek to a rep., 2 to be removed from the "list", and if you keep listening, 9 to removed from the "follow up" list. Well I have not yet been removed, so I hit 1, as soon as this guy answered and I stated I wanted to be removed, he disconnected the call. The other thing that is really bothersome is that they are calling on my cell phone, this cost me money, and I have no idea how the got the number. read full review »

And keep an eye on your credit report they will report you late when your not. They put a hold on my acct so I could not pay my bill so they can repo it. I had work done on my car Feb. 25, 2008 and as of June 10, 2008 have not received a check reimbursing me for the money I paid out for the service, they keep saying they received the bill and the check is waiting to be made out. We were so excited to get approved for the purchase.(At a whopping 24.9% interest rate) I received the call from UACC regarding the purchase and he told me that there was no grace period. Tried to return, talked to Steven r 6-8 times, kept getting run around, finally got return auth. number to begin return process. Website says that once return auth. number is issued, a credit will happen in 4-5 days. After 2 weeks and several more calls to Steven r credit was finally issued minus restocking fee of 50 dollars plus I am out the shipping fee of $18 to send the kit back. Do not service your KIA at Shaver KIA in San Bernardino. They charge a whopping $ 150 per hour!!! Also, they don't post their hourly rates. DUH, who would knowingly pay that rate? I am filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive repairs. Let's see if they will even enforce their regulations. I was charged $ 1, 300 for a minor air conditioning repair. The part cost $450, the rest...LABOR. They're in the business of ripping off customers. I have tried other KIA service departments and they suck as well. Lousy lousy service. I went to Swifty Gas Station today and had them pump my gas since I recently sprained my ankle. It was easier for them to pump than me due to the injury. Well I pulled in and thought the sign said 3.91. When gas was being pumped it said 4.01. I checked the price on the sign when I left and it did say 3.91, so I questioned the attendant and he said due to rising gas prices they charge .10 to pump your gas! I went Superstar for alignment today. They told me that alignment for 2 wheels for $50 and 4 wheels for $90 but they need to inspect my car first in order for a correct quote. Beaudry or keystone manufacturer will not fix the structural damage done from too much water in fresh gallon water tank due to no overflow valve opened. We have had this toy hauler since Xmas and have had no problems, the manufacturer is responsible for this damage and will not fix it. Don't ever buy a keystone toy hauler, Beaudry RV are crooks!
