I gave Bucks a deposit on a roll top bed cover in early May and waited for it to come in. After the install, I brought the truck home and started to check the cover out more thoroughly. Letter sent by Toyota 11/02/07 stated in effect "If no noise...no action necessary" which serves to delay owner action until the vehicle is out of warranty. I purchased a jaguar used car from these people and paid for shipping from Conroe or Houston, Texas and it arrived on Saturday and was taken off the truck with a dry rotted flat tire. Paint scratches all the way to the metal and a cracked and basically useless electronic ignition key. I went to purchase a used car on Saturday 10/2/10. I was going to trade in my car which I still owed money on and put down $800.00. They gave me a 2008 Toyota, let me drive off the lot and was going to finalyze the paperwork. Needless to say, I received no call Monday to tell me of payments or anything. Hi, I purchased an i-20 era model in June 2010. Right after purchasing the car I got a music system fitted into the car from a shop adjacent to Samara Hyundai in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. This is the dealership from where I purchased the car from. They refused to fit a system in the car and thus I went to the shop adjacent to it. During our journey in Italy a new tyre had to be purchased for the car which cost me 180 Euro. I am on my second Kia Sportage. The first one started having engine problems but I was able to trade in and out run it. Why did I trade in and get another one??????? Elmhurst Suzuki is a horrible dealer. I've taken my truck into this shop 3 times for the same problem. The truck has been there over 2 weeks and is there right now. They are either unable or unwilliling to find the source of the problem. While the truck was there they bent the step bar and caused another problem. So frustrated with this place!! Dears, I made an accident with my car and I sent it to the service center on 19-Sept-2010, the primary check was not done except when I went there on Wednesday, 22-Sept, and asked the responsible engineer about the delay. I have been coming to this place for years. I recently had a routine oil change and then they damaged my car. I won't get into any details but let's just say there is now thousands of $$$ (5, 600) in repairs needed to my car as a result of their negligence. Furthermore, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They MAY have decent customer service skills (or so they claim); but their technicians are 2nd rate at best. I purchased a 2002 Explorer Sport Trac from Autowise in May of 2010 (Policy/Contract No. AEFL200158), along with a 5 year, 100, 000 warranty. I was involved in an accident and the truck was totaled in August of 2010. I immediately reported to the warranty company that the truck was totalled and that therefore I would need a refund.
