Two months ago I had timing belt change on my Honda Accord 1999. The car was making very bad noise at the time I went to pick up the car and I was told the noise will go away. Noise is still getting very bad and I was told if the noise is making you uncomfortable, then turn on the Radio. The manager will not fix the problem. I paid 919 dollars for this service. Incident
Purchased a GM/Chevrolet QCGM-3 BlueTooth Handsfree Wire Harness, and ever since I install it, speaker channels would cut out. I have investigated, and troubleshooted and found numerous loose connectors, tightened them and still a problem.
Damage Resulting

Bri-Mar Equipment Trailer
I purchased a new Bri-Mar EH 20 Equipment Hauler trailer that the paint is falling of off and the tires will not stay aired up. It has less than 300 miles on it. . The trailer sits inside a covered barn and is rusting where the paint has come off. I contacted the factory about this and they refuse to respond. The trailer was supposed to be “Powder Coated” . Monday 14 June took vehicle in - exhaust downpipe leaking exhaust fumes into the cabin. Was promised part would be ordered same day and feedback would be given. 7 days later (21 June) still no feedback nor spare. Phoned dealer - ones again i was promised feedback - received none. 21 June complained to Toyota SA - they promised feedback - no feedback received. Service is pathetic. It is dangerous to drive in exhaust fumes.
A company the likes of Toyota should be able to send a simple part like this over night for fitment the next day.

A scam - stay clear. When I called the rep (Dan, #49) was all sweet and it sounded pretty simple - participate in a gas-use survey and get a $300 gas card. When he mentioned I would also be receiving some "brochures", which really seemed to be what he fwas ocused on, I started asking questions. We also have a CarFax report plus all the service records for the life of the car. We took the car to CarCash.Com in New York City. They gave us a quote for $200.00! WHAT A JOKE. I bought a Kia Carens Car on December 2009, from day one the AC is not working, I contacted the agency and did several maintenance visits but the AC is still not working. Every time I go to the agency they just recharge the freon gas without knowing the reason for leakage and the AC works only few days and then back dysfunctional. The car still did not reach the 10, 000 km. With those several visits to the Kia Motors maintenance and the very bad results, I need to change my car with a brand new one (same model).

On Oct 19, 2009 I bought a new Silverado 1500. Worst mistake I ever made. On 10/30/09 I had to take it back to the dealer for sqeealing belts and brakes. They couldn't find anything.
