Tell me why AT&T never provides a Web-link on any support page to complain. I want to complain about deceptive marketing practices. When I purchased my goPhone there was a bright orange $50 airtime sticker affixed to the package. I purchased a HP 2133 Mini note book computer shortly after they went up for sale. I rarely used it because I bought it when I needed to fly. Now the computer will not boot up. Technician came and changed the drum but it was not done properly as there is gap between drum and the door. Due to his negligence the cloth getting through the gap got struck in the water outlet leading the water to overflow through detergent dispenser tray. (This was done on 2nd July 09.) I ordered a pay as you talk phone and £10 airtime from onestopphoneshop AKA e2save or carphone warehouse. After several phone calls I received the phone and sim card. -they promised next day delivery- But there was zero credit on the sim card although I paid for £10 of airtime. I phoned them and they said the credit would go on sometime in the future. I have never had so much trouble buying a phone and sim card before, and to contact them I have to dial apremium rate number and listen to music for 40 minutes before they answer. I bought the Optus prepaid wireless broadband usb modem in 2008 because the unit I moved in to did not offer ADSL2. In hindsight I wished I had never bought it. Reception and speed is dreadful in Wollongong, I rang technical services to complain and the Optus rep told me that there was only one tower in Wollongong and nothing was going to be done to improve the situation, insofar as adding more towers. My AT&T bill has been charged with a 10.66 per month charge from GeneralTexting LLC. The company keeps showing up even after cancelling them numerous times. AT&T removes the charges and cancels the subscriptions to no avail. I use my phone for calling people, I don't have fancy ringtones, nor do I want them, I don't need music on my phone and I certainly don't have time for games. Recently tried to rent a movie from the Playstation network on my PS3. It would only download to just shy of 2GB and then stopped. I tried a laundry list of things on my PS3 and my home internet connection, everything else downloaded just fine with the exception of the movie. This was not an issue of speed as the first 2GB downloaded very quickly but then just stopped. We had the washing machine repaired by our insurer as we thought, we switched the machine on and went out shopping and on our return we notice that the fridge freezers was defrosting and the electricty was off.
