I received a confirmation email from Carmelo Neider within an hour indicating that my purchase would arrive at my home no later than 12/10/2008. I have bought a digital Camera of Nikon, S200 model make in may 2008. It has got 2 years warranty with 1 year extended warranty. The camera box indicates the product code, manufacturing date and waranty period. As a long term Blackberry user, and long term Verizon Wireless customer, I decided to try the Blackberry Storm. I had heard people weren't happy with it, but the salesman said I had 30 days to try it. If I didn't like it, they let you trade it for another. What he failed to disclose was that there was a $35 restocking fee. HP printers, and maybe even others of which I am unaware, made the printers to become disfunctional if one of the inks need to be replaced. You cannot even print in black ink if any of the colors are out. I just now tried to scan something and that will not work either if any of the inks need to be replaced. I have recorded many TV programs with my Sony DVD recorder, model RDR-GXD455 (RDRGXD455). I hoped to have them for a long time. However, with this recorder a long time is about three weeks. I bought the A1200 (Ming phone) by Motorola from GSMonster. From the beginning there were problems. Unfortunately, because GSMonster has a 7 day (from date of purchase) return policy there is no recourse if you encounter problems. By the time you get the phone a week later or so the return policy has already expired. I have four phone with PCS. The agreement says I pay $176 a month for all four, now I am having to pay $181.64. No reason, just pay the amount. Cannot talk to people at the actual store, they do not handle that. There is no customer service to call. If you pay at one of their stores, there is a $3.00 service fee for using your credit or debit card along with an additional $1.00 per phone. So in reality they tag on $7.00 to the total monthly fee. I have never had such bad customer service as I have had with Hewlett Packard. We had our laptop approximately 3 months before it quite powering up.
