I have been charged 29.95 (CLICKBANK) FOR governments records and cannot get my product. I have sent my receipt number---proof of pay, only to be stonewalled and told the receipt number is inaccurate. This is clearly fraudulent taking of money without the product. This and other company's advertise cameras at lower prices than the norm and as available for immediate shipment. Then once you order and give them all your credit card and personal information, phone numbers etc they send you an order number claiming that shipment will take place within forty eight hours. After some time when you call to ask about the shipment, they inform you that the item is back ordered for six to eight weeks. On 8/11/08 I ordered a Norton/Symantec Antivirus system for my computer. Today (8/13) I find a charge of 36.47 by SKJA corp., and a pending charge of 57.84 by www.myord.com in the pending category, both in my account at Washington Mutual. I see by the complaints that many people have been double billed in this same fashion, but I do not see resolutions to their complaints. I purchased a sub zero 601 stand alone freezer unit new in march 2002. The unit was delivered defective. many different problems cropped up over the years. When my Dell starting slowing down and having a lot of pop up ads, I took it to my local Best Buy. I ordered by phone a 2008 Norton Internet Security upgrade for $57.84 and was charged that on my credit card plus a charge of $42.79 for somethng I never ordered. The ordering procedure took too much time and I have at least ten numbers such as priority, order confirmation numbers and a lot of other e-mail which is to further complicate a rather simple order. After many calls, I cancelled my order and will never use Norton products again.
