At the time of purchase the product is working in good condition, but with the passage of time the product is not working. To play Battlefield Bad Company 2 on multiplayer you have to connect to the EA server. For the second time in 6 months it just randomly tells me I cant connect cause of my connection, but my connection is fine. In September 2009 I spent £1200 in Currys on a gas cooker, a laptop and accessories. The grill on the cooker would not stay lit for more than a few moments and had to be repaired twice in the first year under warranty. I downloaded a game: "Thomas and Friends Special Delivery" for my grandson. My credit card was charged for it. At the time I was not aware that the transactaion was going through TM Netgames Seattle. When I tried to run the game, it would not run. There was no .exe file attached to it to run it. I contacted HITT Entertainment, and was told I would get a callback. They apparently have no customer service department. I have downloaded 2 other games through Netgames, from 2 different sources (iWin and Valusoft) and have had no problems with those games. When I went online to file for my rebates I was given an option to get my rebate faster if I accepted an American Express gift card, and I would then be charged a small fee on top of this which would be deducted from the gift card. I have an HTC SNAP S511 cell phone. The keypad keys are useless, even though the phone has been used much less frequently than typical for a cell phone. Click repeatedly on many of the keys and nothing enters, then sometimes bairly touch one and it will enter charactors multiple times. Dialing and generating text messages can be a major challenge. We purchased a netbook from eglobalwireless.com and the unit did not power up. We had to pay $10 to ship the unit back to the company before they would send us another one. The second one worked for about 5 hours before dying. I asked the company to refund our money. Not only did we have to pay another $10 to ship the defective product back, the company charged us a 25% restocking fee. So, we paid $119, plus an additional $20 for added shipping costs, and they only refunded us $70. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company if you want to keep your money. After placing first order and sending money for computers, company stated that I hadn't placed the minimum order. I then send additional money to cover minimum order as requested. Company then states that I need to send additional money to cover shipping, customs and insurance. After sending all payments, company states that it can't fulfill my order and will not refund my money back. They are a total scam and will only take Western Union. I bought A samsung ml 1665 printer one month ago, It says on the technical specs on their website that the starter cartridge will print 700 pages.
