March 21, 2008, I purchased what I was told was a brand new Motorola (Cingular pink razer v3) from Galaxy Communications Inc. an authorized Motorola dealer nearby my home. I paid a total of $159. I received the 1GB RCA Pearl for Christmas from my mother. I use it fairly regularly, maybe 3x a week for the gym. I took good care of it, but it didnt take long for it to start acting strangely. It would skip songs suddenly and just start shutting off. I assumed it was the batteries. I have gone through several packs of batteries, and have determined its not the cause of the problem. Did the usual researching on the Internet to find the best return on used BlackBerry's. I sent in over 12 of them and all were in use before they were sent in.
