I am totally misguided by the misleading advertisement of HP about its printer HP Officejet Pro K 550. The design of the printer is hopeless. I've been an Alltel customer for years on end. My problems with this company and their lack of cooperation seems endless. I've had problems in the past with roaming charges showing up on my bill. The stainless steel Maytag refrigerator is a very expensive refrigerator that will look great for about a month. The stainless steel doors are so soft that they dent like butter. I purchased a Isagenix branded shake blender for $50 + tax + shipping for approximately $65.00 total. The blender blade unit silicone seal was not positioned properly and leaked the first time I used the blender. I re-seated the seal and it worked fine for about 2 weeks when it malfunctioned again. I removed the top after mixing a shake to find the liquid had leaked again. I just purchased a brand new side by side whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker in the door and water. All is well with the water and ice, but at almost 3 weeks, yes WEEKS my compressor is shot. On December 5, 206 our Maytag Neptune washer started a fire in our home. We have an Engineer's report stating that the cause of the fire was the Maytag Neptune washer. Maytag has shown no interest in settling this matter, says that there is no proof, but refuses to participate in studying the washer. Office Depot Rebates: I bought a combined offer for a Compaq notebook and HP printer that offered $250 in rebates. The offer was for $150 from Office Depot, $70 from HP on the notebook and $30 from HP on the combined purchase. The sale was on 5/2/06. I purchased a HP PSC 1500v All-in-one printer last fall. I now regret purchasing anything made by HP. The paper either jams or won't feed at all. I purchased a 1310i HP printer about 2 years ago and it does the same thing, but nowhere near as often or as bad as the 1500v. I am glad I paid under $100 for each of the printers. my dsl internet service has been out or disrupted (20) times since june 6th, 2011. They say the problem is in the (3) miles of outside lines. As of July 4th, (today) the issues still exsists. Virgin Mobile kept my family without any phone service at all for FIVE days and nights. The sprint account I was still paying on was cut off completely on the first of the month and the VM phones could not be activated until the 5th, when I finally found someone at VM customer service who knew what he was doing. They fixed one major problem, but they DROPPED the laptop and sent it back to me with a chunk of one corner of the case missing. We bought barcode scanners with Bankers Warranty extended warranty agreement. Called to report one of them is not working. Got the royal runaround for days by phone, email. They did everything possible to wear me down and not stand by their agreement. Finally I gave up. A lawsuit filed on behalf of law enforcement officers across York County demands a return to the old 911 radio system while glitches with the new system are fixed. The lawsuit alleges that communication problems with York County's new, $36 million 911 system are a public safety hazard and are putting law enforcement officers at risk of injury or death. It also complains of inadequate training and problems with a computer-based system used to dispatch officers.
