I purchased an IR repeater system through Amazon.com. The product (made by Empire Digital) was shipped by CEcompass. After I hooked it up it worked sporadically and after 3 days stopped working altogether. After I gave up trying to get it to work I attempted to get a refund. The refund was through CEcompass. There website would not take my request for several days and when it did it said I had passed the 30 refund policy. Amazon deferred to CEcompass for refunds. I had purchased a Hitachi Window A/c in year 2009. It was making noise from the starting itself and as per the dealer, the Noise is normal. Now within a year the Compressor is gone faulty. Had to have a replacement phone shipped to us from Verizon due to faulty equipment. No problem there, but we are supposed to ship the defective phone back using the return label that was supposed to be included in the box. First problem: no return label in the box. I owned my Archos 5 IMT for under a month, when the screen cracked in the corner during the application of a screen protector. I was using a light amount of pressure, just enough to smooth the screen protector. We bought one of your Amana top-loading washing machines 2 1/2 years ago from C&M here in St. Joseph, Mo. All at once it stopped spinning or draining water. This company flat out lies to get people to sell their product. They advertised for a carpet cleaning job and told me I had to apply in person. I showed up and was told that there were no sales involved, and that I would be hired for general maintenance and cleaning in their building during the summer. She asked if $400 per week was good. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall in June 2005 for condensor units blowing out as fire hazards. No one from Sears notified me of this, even though the refrigerator was registered and under warranty. Sears performed other repairs 2006-2007 and didn't mention the recall. This company supplied us fake USB FLash drives, they were supposed to be 2Gb capacity, but most of they are below 128Mb, and maybe less then 2% really work.
