This company sent an email that my order was shipped. I never received the order and contacted them. They apologized and said they would send another one out - that was two months ago. We had HD installed for our Direct TV. Installer Edgar #8733 did the installing. He was on time, did a wonderful job and could not have been more pleasant. I have called Ironwood twice since then asking to speak with a supervisor to that I can let them know what a great job Edgar did and how pleased we were with him. Can not reach support on line from within Quick Books, which you are supposed to be able to do. Support at 888-320-7276 number does not have a clue what is going on. After I reported this problem to them it started working for awhile but now it won't work again. I emailed the company on a technical issue with a trial version of RKS Fax for Vista. They accused me of trying to cheat the expiry date, corrected a spelling mistake and told me to move on. Well... perhaps my fault partly but in 2003 installed RealNetworks RealPlayer and didnt realize I registered for membership and just now in 2008 (900 dollars later) determined I was a member... sure, part my fault... but why would they continue to charge my account when no activity logging into there service for 5 years?!? They gave me 3 month refund... 45 dollars... I was billed 900 DOLLARS ! I placed an order on Dec 8th for 2 tv show DVD sets- Emails were sent confirming shipment & payment was deducted from my VISA Debit card through a secure site. The order was received by Christmas eve. In January, i reached out to inquire about the order- the SITE was no longer taking orders- my order was delivered to a Naples Fl. address from Canada. A refund was requested & an email was sent informing me that a refund was processed on jan 14- I have yet to receive a refund. I have never authorized payment. Just like that Quik books charged to my credit card. I have called the customer service, customer service asked me to if I wanted she can reverse charges. We received a Shrek 3 DVD for Christmas of 2007. There was an "Instant Win" game piece attached to the DVD. Upon opening the game piece, we noticed we had won 25- 4"x6" photo prints. I was referred to this company by a "friend". They were looking for someone to create a discriminative screening engine, allowing only the best people to receive e-mail invitations to movie screenings. I "upgraded" my two HD-10 receivers with the advertised new and improved HD-20 receivers. Since they installed a new satellite on my roof and the two new receivers, I lost my HD service with all five local channels. My biggest complaint with realplayer is that I can't play purchased music. Most of the time I have used 'free credit' because I have Superpass. I bought a set of DVD's - Dharma & Greg - from these people and the cases arrived broken. I contacted them and was told they would send new ones. I wrote several times but the cases never arrived. Then, I found that some of the DVDs were faulty too. They promised me they would replace them but they never did. He explains the "boiler room" Direct TV call center where everyone is a nervous wreck wondering when there will be a raid. Sometime during the night, an icon showed up on my computer tray. It is an alternating blue shield and red shield w/x. This is usually when some threat is detected by my antivirus program.
