Ordered a box set. The web site looked good. Waited 8 weeks now. No product. Live Support says it is in the mail just check the tracking number provided. That number is invalid. PalmTran is a software for Palm pilots which works as a language translator. My wife used this for her classes and the program worked quite well..until unexpectedly after over a year of usage, the software stopped working and required a new "license number". I ordered this product for Christmas: Get Smart Complete Series. I was quite disappointed when it finally came. Several episodes are corrupted (start but don't play to the end). One entire DVD ended up being episodes of "Spencer for Hire!" "TVLand" appears in the bottom right corner of all the episodes, indicating to me that this has been taped off cable. They have never responded to my requests for clarification on these matters. I am happy to have the majority of the episodes but not at the expense of the creators of the show. January 2008: So I called Hometown Pizza and ordered one veggie and one chicken/meat pizza. First off, they are so expensive than other pizza places. Over top of that, very bad service. I ordered Norton Anti-Virus over the internet a year ago. My subscription was not up until january 24th 2008. On january 11th my subscription was renewed with out my knowledge. I was never asked if i wanted my subscription automatically renewed. I never received any notification before the 55.oo dollars was deducted from my bank account. Because of Nortons mistake i bounced checks. Also when i called norton i was put on hold for over two hours and then told it could take up to three days to get the money back in to my account. Salesman by the name of Lee Hicks sold subscription on 8-10-06, to this day I have not received an issue. Did get ahold of WRS once and was told that my subscription was sent to the magazine company and paid for. Called the magazine company and they have record of my subscription but it was canceled. Do not trust that you will ever get what you pay for when you have a salesman selling magazine subscriptions for WRS. As of now I cannot get ahold of anyone at WRS to get this straightened out. I am a subscriber to Verizon FIOS service for internet, LAN phone, cell phone and TV. Just recently, we had Fios TV installed and everything seemed to be working well. On 02nd January 2007 at about 18:45 hrs, I visited McDonald's family restaurant, Himalaya Mall, Gurukul road, Ahmedabad-380052 (ph: 32984844, 66000666) and had purchased 5 McAloo Tikkies for Rs 100/- (invoice no. 002901100045164). One was addressed to my husband for a discount of 77%, and one was addressed to me for a 67% discount... both the same order forms to the family. One was sent to our former address. I ordered a textbook on 12/17/07 and my credit card was charged for $92.19 on 12/19/07, but no book has been received. My credit card transaction showed an Australian exchange rate fee, so I became suspicious. Numerous attempts to contact company by all avenues given on the web site were unsuccessful. I placed an order for a DVD on December 20. On December 22 my credit card was charged and I received a UPS tracking number. However, the order was never shipped. The tracking number from UPS reads "Billing information received" and has remained in that state ever since. It is now January 9th and the order STILL hasn't been shipped. Selling books to be given to patients at Phoenix Children's Hospital. A good line. I checked the company while I was writing the check but it did not come up until I came back in the house. I bought two of the same lcd tv's made from White Westinghouse. The first tv had little red dots on the screen within weeks of purchase. The second tv made a loud popping noise and shut off, and would not turn back on. When I contacted White Westinghouse they said that I would have to pay for shipping; which would total to over 90 dollars. Ordered Playboy 8/17/07 for my friends 50th birthday. Eight, count'em, eight months later: no gift card, no magazines, no service. After getting disconnected countless times, 24/7 on their "experienceing unusual high call volume" customer no-service line, I punched 1 to "order a magazine"; got through instantly... what a surprise. I must say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bar or any establishment for that matter. Upon a web search for a hard drive cleaner software I came upon a 'Consumers Report' site claiming Netcon3 was a 'best buy'.
