I don't drink coffee, but until this incident, I would often get milk at Starbuckses. On one occasion at the Starbucks located at the Target at North Hills in Raleigh, NC, I asked for milk as usual and was subsequently mocked by the counter staff. I went to the Chilis in Silsbee, TX today for my lunch break. I had called in my order to be picked up. I was told on the phone that my order would be ready within 15 minutes. I arrived at the rest. 18 minutes after I placed my order and the lady did not have it ready. The girl working the to go desk seemed as if she had a mental and congenital defect. She told me it would be another 5 minutes before my order would be ready, although this was after I had already paid. Money was drawn from my account from my credit union via a payment processing company L3Sales. I did not authorize this company to deduct any payments for a merchant that is a client of theirs. I disputed the charges with my credit union and paid the overwithdrawn amount in Jan totally unaware that whom ever stole my info applied for a monthly service. On 03/04/07 after a hectic day of moving our family decided to go out for dinner. We had to wait to be served after others who showed up after us were already served. They ran out of requested items on their menu, and we got yelled at and put down by a manager. I will no longer frequent any tgi fridays due to the fact that their manager does not have any customer service skills -we did not even have a large party there were 6 of us and two of them were children. Tvdvdplanet.com, a.k.a. dvdavenue is a sham company out of Quebec province who proport to sell dvd's of TV shows past. The items, if they arrive, are weeks late and damaged. My wife and i ate at the chilis restaurant in chandler az on 2/14. Time of arrival was around 5:30 pm. Place was about 75% empty. It took about 10 minutes for our waiter to take our order. My wife emphasized the fries must be crispy and don't worry if they come out burnt. I emphasized medium-well for my steak. It took about 20 minutes for our meal to arrive. An imbecile could not find this game challenging. It has a book of rules to play which it ignores as it does all the standard rules know to experienced players. On 9-21-06 I was changing the transmission oil in my 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle. While reinstalling the drain plug, a piece of the aluminum casting fell off. The plug showed no sign of being forced and it was not cross threaded. The plug was being hand threaded; absolutely no pressure was being put on the plug. The Skyline cable network that provides Cable TV services at HSR layout, Bangalore did not provide Tamil channels during the month of February 2007. We subscribe to the cable mainly to watch Tamil programs and we did not get what we paid for. However the cable operator Skyline cable wants full payment of Rs.250. Like others posted on this site, I was called in August of 2005 and offered a good deal on the renewal of four magazines that I was currently getting. Only one of the four magazines continued to be sent and the other three stopped when my original subscriptions (not through UMS) ended. I placed two calls to them and was given some BS about why there was a delay but that everything was in the system to be taken care of. Of course, nothing ever happened and now UMS has taken everyone's money and run. Don't every purchase discounted magazine subscriptions over the telephone! There's a very insensitive and hideous advertisement concerning james brown and anna nicole smith's death & the issues with their burials. My family and I decided at about 9 o'clock one night to go out to eat. We decided to go to IHOP. I had bought 32"Phillips matchline 3yrs ago. We bought the product because of the company's good after sales services. But in last 2yrs the television set has already caused too many hassles. The service engineers took the t.v set to their workshop but have not returned it for the past 2 months. They also suggested replacement of the t.v sets' crucial parts whose cost they said comes upto Rs6000 excluding service charges. The television has not been repaired since. An employee of Dominos Pizza in Santa Cruz California told me that my pizza would be at my door in 30-45 minutes. I called one hour after it was ordered and told them that my pizza had not arrived. I then called 30 minutes later, and finally my pizza arrived one hour and thirty minutes later. They told me that there was a new driver. I recently subscribed to Norton Confidential which has just complicated my life. It is idiotic, never bears in mind earlier instructions and just gives me grief. In addition, I have been trying to do a full system scan and it just blocks after scanning 20 files. And this goes on for hours and hours. After 3 months of smooth viewing I paid the annual subscription charges and soon after that from Feb.'07 there was an automatic software upgrade programme that kept appearing on my TV. On July 6, 2006, I ordered a one year subscription to People Magazine. I received a confirmation email for the order and seven months later, no magazine. I have sent numerous emails and received numerous excuses as to why the magazine hasn't come but is definitely on its way. I am using Norton Antivirus on my home computer. I purchased Norton Antivirus 2006 but when I tried to install it, it would not accept the installation, all tho I did manage to register it. After having so many problems, I returned it to the store (Staples). They sold me a NSW PREMIER 2006, When I questioned the date they said that the 2007 had not arrived and this would work fine. Concerning columbiahouse.com DVD club. I have been a Columbia House member off and on for several years with very few problems. But the last few months I only received one correct order, and it takes many many contacts and weeks to get even a remotely satisfactory response to a problem.
