Do not use this distributor to purchase any books online. Stay with your well know options. This vendor charges a recurring monthly "membership fee" of $9.95 without full disclosure. They will only cancel if you initiate the call. When you call, they will cancel and only give you credit up to two months back. They then will submit your request to a different department for review. They claim to have sent notice of membership to my inbox. I only saved confirmation of books which were shipped. On 04/27/2010 I completed an offer via TrialPay in order to receive free episodes of Family Feud, a game I play frequently on the internet. Download games seem to get "lost". They can't find my The Rise of The Witch King add-on to The Battle for Middle Earth. The customer service rep. I just moved from out of state and was trying to find a good lounge hangout spot. I found The Underground Lounge in New York City (Manhattan) online and decided to visit. I went to the jazz lounge downstairs and ordered a drink. I went to sip my drink and saw a huge cochroach the size of Texas(!) just chilling on the table next to mine. I cancelled my Direct TV service after fulfilling the service timeframe requirement in my agreement. Apparently, because I was provided with an additional receiver AFTER the intial contract date, my contract date was reset. Very unpolite server at the Chocolada Bakery in Hollywood. Why do such servers attend customers? How can a complete inside cover page of my book suddenly appear on top of page 157? It has cost me a great deal of money as it didn't show up in the pdf file I generated.
