Our roof was 6 years old when we finally contacted BP Canada to advise them of the fact that the shingles were occasionally being blown off by wind. My clothes dryer stopped getting hot a few days ago. I took apart the back to discover which component had failed, expecting to find a bad heating element. Instead, I found that the thermal cutoff switch had burned and melted. The steel electrical connectors are fused, and there is carbon residue all over the part, and also covering the back of the dryer for about six inches above the part. I have purchased 4 appliances from Sears for my kitchen. Every one of them has required service. During the warrenty period I called for service and was transferred from one incompetent and nasty customer service person to another. I spent no less then 2 hours on each phone call session. Once again Living Spaces Furniture sells a customer a damaged product. When the delivery drivers delivered the table they sub standard job in putting my table together.
