Try to avoid this window supplier. They are unprofessional and incapable of doing a basic job. Time scale was handling poorly. And order they agreed to deliver ended up using twice as long which will affect your project program. Wazoontub seemed like a good company at first, but the damage didn't reveal its ugly head until after they had my money. I got the tub home and literally had 3 baths and CRACK. Water everywhere. My husband and I brought a select number bed 5 years ago. We paid $3500.00 and thought it was the best purchase for a bed. Today, we are having problems keeping the air in the bed. Artisan are a construction company who have built flats in the North West. We have bought a new build flat which is 2 years old. Each year our flat has had leaks due to the poor construction on the build. The problem arises from an outside drain that leaks in to our flat. As a result we have lost 2months rent and damage to our property. We are seeking compensation for the loss of rent and damages. Artisan service is poor and are very slow in responding and dealing with issues. Colorado Radon Institute, which also goes by the names Homedics, Mico Environmental, Eco Depot, etc - all run by Mike Merit. He has been DE-certified (even though he claims otherwise) and is known for very shoddy work that isn't to code - as bad as not even drilling the pipe into the floor, just gluing it on! I sued him for not completing his work and not honoring his fake 10 year warranty when the work he *did* complete failed after just 2 weeks. I won but won't see any money. Beware doing business with Anchor Plumbing. I was referred to them through HSA (Home Security of America) which is a home maintenance insurance company. We had taken over the policy earlier this year when we bought the house. The plumber technician came out on a Saturday afternoon to get my oil fired water heater to work. He arrived about 5 pm. AZ Plumbing was out on 10/13/2009, and said that we had a leaking aerator (after factory), and we had some loose packing nuts under the sink. He tighten the packing nuts and stripped the aerator while trying to tighten (at the time unknown to me) and told me we needed to get a new aerator. My major concern was getting a soft comfortable mattress. I can't sleep on a hard bed. I toss and turn in misery all night long. On vacations, I have had to sleep on things like pool floats and the cushion from chaise lounges because I could not tolerate the mattresses. 2 years ago We pruchased a complete outdoor wicker patio set (table w/4 chairs), 2 other sitting chairs, 2 person seat w/ coffee table. We keep this furniture outside during the summer on our patio. We keep all of the furniture inside during the winter. During early May 2009 we put out the furniture on the patio. It is now October 2009. There were a leakage of gas on 14.10.2009 evening from the junction of the regulator and cylinder when a new cylinder was connected. A strong hissing sound with pungent smell alerted us. The cylinder was immediately stopped and next day i.e on 15.10.2009 a complaint was lodged with the agency but till 18.07hrs. no one attended. When undersigned contacted over phone they boldly said there is no EMERGENCY service. We purchased the Harbor Breeze 52" Halston II Aged Bronze Ceiling Fan at the end of January in 2009. IT WAS GREAT!!! Until... last month (Sept. 2009) the ceiling fan suddenly started to spin in the opposite direction. When we purchased our new home our realtor recommended that we hire a company named US Inspect in Chantilly, VA to do our home and termite inspections. It was a big mistake to think that US Inspect has qualified termite inspectors. We purchased a new home in September of 2006. Contractor who built the home had a Goodman Heat Pump 13 seer installed. We are three years into owning the home. Simply stated: My wife and I ordered blackout blinds for for our newborn's room, very clearly stating we needed blackout blinds. We purchased what the sales rep advised based upon our requests for $300. The order arrived, and the shades/blinds are the furthest thing from blackout than one could imagine.
