They asked for a 7000.00 retainer fee to get the process going and it is now 2 years latter and nothing has been done. I tried to contact the Tulley Camino the owner of the company and I get no response back nor does he keep his appointments. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affair as well as the BBB. Many times, Jess Stone Electrical Contractor did not show up to work as promised and did not call. Contractor was paid to secure wires in crawlspace and that work was not done. Contractor was paid to deliver a permit and that work was not done. Overall quality of work had defects. Contractor did not complete repairs. We hired this company to do some landscaping and outdoor construction . They rebuilt the front porch and the back porch. The front porch was done decently, except for one step which warped. The back porch steps were constructed from a kit (which we didn't know at first) and were put in incorrectly. My Kenmore electric range caught fire while broiling a steak. The broiler element became white hot and continued to burn after power was shut off. Fire Department called. This company is the worst pool company i have dealt with. They do not do the job they are hired, and if you happen to miss one payment, for $40, there is no grace period AT ALL, they let your pool go green until you pay. I just closed my pool and the credit card was declined, I don't know how, since i just checked it, but they threatened to put a lien on my house, since the woman who called me (who happened to be in Tampa Florida - go figure) knew I was selling my house.
