Wal Mart Customer Service: I have brought 8 - 100 Watt TCP Florescent Bulbs at Wal-Mart over past year. This is 3rd complaint on this subject without an answer? The 1st 4-bulbs I assume was a bad lot each bulb lasted less than 2-months each at not more than 3-hours use per day. So later on I tried another box of 4 with same results. I purchased furniture at this store only because i was told if i paid that price i would receive a $500 gift certificate. I made the purchase got the gift certificate and did what i was supposed to do. Since the website said i had to wait about 8 weeks for my first gift card to arrive i tried to get into the website to print my August voucher and i couldn't because the website no longer existed, i also tried contacting customer service by phone, but that too was going no where. I purchased a set of Maytag Neptune Washer and Dryers in 2007 and I just spent 400.00 replacing the motor and all its components because from the factory it was defective. The machine would not wash or spin the clothes out and the door would not open. I have owned a GE Profile French door refridgerator for under 3 yearsand the circuit board fried on it yesterday for no apparent reason. This is just the topping on the cake as far as performance goes for this machine. Bishop's Aluminum built a screened room onto my home. The roof leaked from the seams like a waterfall coming down inside the room every time it rained . I am a female senior citizen and was told to get on the roof and put some caulking on the seams. I purchased Kitchen Cabinets and had them installed by the company. They were improperly installed and Powder Post Beetles emerged out of the doors. If you check the company's website, they offer "Free Financing. Make 30 equal payments with zero interest". What they don't tell you is that the financing is provided by CitiFinancial whose agreement states that they can change the terms upon 3 months notice. Certified Security, based in Jacksonville, Florida, has an automatic renewal clause hidden in fine print in a hard-to-read contract. The salesperson will not point this out. The company does not have to tell you first that they are automatically renewing the contract - they just begin billing you again out of the blue. These guys come in like military men ripping everything out of our house due to flood from a broken pipe. They tear out walls and floors that are dry and run the bill up with the insurance company that's doing direct pay to them. Purchase queen set mattress in May 2009, left side of mattress is already sinking. Mattress was supposed to be firm and it is not as firm as it should be for this type of mattress. Just beware that this company has no licence which is mandated in the county of Suffolk, NY and no insurance for liability to your home or his off the books employees.
