I had them come over to repair a pin hole leak in a shower pipe. He cut about 6 inches off and sweated on the new piece. I had already removed the drywall and he could reach the pipe easily. He started off by saying that this would be difficult to do. The leak was about 5 inches off of the floor. He got here at 11Am and started the repair at 11:20. He was done at 11:40 AM. Stay away from Cottonwood Futons, Madison WI. From Cottonwood Futons, I purchased a futon frame, mattress, drawers for the frame, and a cover for the mattress. I received the drawers in a undamaged shipping box with the bottoms cracked. The drawer bottoms are about the thickness and structural integrity of a piece of cardboard. eFaucet agreed in writing an escutcheon was included as part of a faucet order. The escutcheon did not arrive . eFaucet again agreed, via phone, the escutcheon was to have been included and said it would be shipped. I was made to change figures on paperwork and when i refused i was fired without notice. I was promised a raise that never happened, promised to relocate and that didn't happen, promised an apartment, and that didn't happen either. My husband and I bought a select comfort bed in 1998. The bed was fine for about a year or two then it started to have problems keeping air in the chambers especially my husbands side. The center began to sink leaving no support. Trying to pump more air into it did not help the matter at all. Now both sides are sinking in the middle.We bought two pumps, the second one was refurbished costing 120.00. still problems. I got a pool from them, and it isn't what they said it was. I got the upgrade from the $395 pool as well. No chemicals, just a gallon of bleach a week. NOT! This is not a complaint, but a commendation for A&E Factory Service I bought a Maytag refrigerator from Home Depot about two months ago. The icemaker failed to deliver cubes or crushed ice almost immediately, I think I made one glass of cubes, tried to crush one, and the unit failed. Earlier this summer I had a company install a sump pump in my crawl space. As a temporary measure I ran a cheap 20 ft flex line into the yard. I ordered a 82 1/4 inch custom-order door from Home Depot. Supplier -Emco. The door that was delivered measured 81 inches yielding a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door, rendering the door virtually useless. I have been making my payments online for a mattress set I bought. I make all payments when I receive my check on or about the first of each month. GEMB has been charging me late charge fees because they get my payments too early. To me that is the epitome of stupidity. I contacted Edge Flooring by phone, email, letter and by using the Better Business Bureau, (BBB) in Georgia (where they are based) concerning my faulty kitchen flooring.
