I have a Monotronics home security system and they were to debt my account each month, this payment type had not happened yet. When I mail my payments, they do not post for at least two months and they call me asking for payments. Beware of Silicon Solar's exchange/return policy! This item was recommended to me by their sales rep, and it is the most underwhelming water pump I have ever seen in all my professional years. The pump is TINY and weak, the LED lights are dim and don't illuminate anything, and the fountain heads are of very poor quality. They sent a plumber with 30+ yrs experience. I was being the extra hand when needed. He set the acrylic tub in place with my help. I bought furniture for 2 bedroom home there and realized later that they made a mistake writing and selling me a totally different colour for my bedroom set. The Sears Repair service is atrocious! We had a heater (purchased from Sears) failure in January that was diagnosed the same day as a broken fan motor by a local service company. Since the heater was still under parts warranty we contacted Sears who told us it would be aweek before they could come. Once there, they have to order the part and you have to wait until it comes in before you call to make an appt for the service rep to come out to install. We purchased out GE Adora front loading washing machine July, 2005. Several times, when doing a heavy load, the machine gets out of sync. By resetting the machine several times has usually corrected the problem, but this time I'm going to have to call a repairman. Purchased new home with Kenmore Elite refrigerator model number 106-52603100 in Sept 01. Every appliance in our home came from Sears. We have had nothing but problems since them. We discontinue with Weaver Gas and when they came to pick up their propane tank, they also disconnect our regulator which attach to our house as well as the regulator attach to our generator without giving us notice so we can make arrangement for the other company to attach another regulator to our house and generator. On April 8, I had a service call to repair my Kenmore Classic Range. The service man came out and checked the range (vintage 2003) and advised me that it needed a new "sub clock/TI" and "Element-BR". I authorized the repairs as I needed the range. He said that the parts would have to be ordered, but would probably be in by Thursday or Friday. The key pad for my Dynammite handset is creting problems from the beggining when the no. digits on the pad are getting detatched from the handset and falling down .ANd that is happening within the warranty period. My complaint is about NYCHA I had my door kicked or hit with something while I was sleeping on 1/11/07 and housing is charging me for the door $629. I called the police and made a report and had to call the FDNY because the door was jammed and I was locked inside and they came and opened the door but, the door was destroyed. I purchased the bottom freezer refridgerator with top French doors. Since day one the icemaker didnt work. Six months later and 6 service calls later it was fixed. Now one year later the icemaker doesn't work again. The approved LG technician was called and told me there was a technical bulletin reference an "upgrade" done to the icemaker due to numerous problems. LG 's attitude today is too bad so sad.
