M/s Ansal API charges 20 % interest in case of any default in the payments as demanded and paid after due dates but on the contrary there is no Clause for payment of any money in case of the defaults on their part . Thus M/s Ansal API are indulging in Unfair Trade Practices as for its own default they are not paying anything whereas charging exuberant rate of interest from the innocent flat buyers. David Ainscough has evaded creditors and judgments against his former company, and has lied about his business problems in his new incarnation as D & E Custom Concrete. On April 5, 2011, my husband and I signed a contract with Sears to have our house sided. We were told the job would start immediately and end within a month. It took one month before anyone showed up to start the job. When the crew arrived, they brought the wrong color siding. It took one month for Sears to rectify this, so we had nothing but green insullation board on our house the whole time. Our outside lighting was removed, so were (and still are) in the dark too. Poor quality units and workmanship, the 'finished' bedrooms were left on completion covered in sawdust, pencil marks, ill fitting wardrobe doors and fronts and three holes in the wall. These are expensive Bespoke Bedrooms, which are of poor quality and not worth the money. I worked with several of the people there and they never paid. I told them i wouldn't go to the site for less then 25.00 and several of the cuts i did for them were negotiated over the phone and through email for 35-90.
needless to say the company never paid. the total was around $800 they stiffed me for.
Not sure how anyone could be working for them a year. They told me that the company had just started this summer.

We bought Real Kill Indoor Fogger for Insects, with six cans in the box for $9 at Home Depot. Closed up the house. Placed 4 cans in the basement, and two cans upstairs. Vacated the house during process. Upon return, (the next day), there were spiders alive in several areas of the house, both upstairs and downstairs. Have since seen numerous (types) of spiders in all different places, including a spider making a web on son's pillow in basement bedroom one week later. Since the Installation of my "SMART METER" in January, My utility bill has went through the roof. Sometimes double, sometimes triple. This month was 5 times more than last year. The only thing different between this year & last is we have ALL ENERGY EFFICIENT BULBs now & we Installed a ENERGY EFFICIENT NEW ROOF. The salesman showed up, gave us his pitch for carpeting, and we signed a contract to have new carpet installed with a "Great 15 Year Warranty". We complained 4 times about our washing machine to customer services. The machine never cleaned the clothes properly. It did not take soil off the clothing. It maid the clothing smell like mildew. If we used bleach on a load of whites, it would leave bleach blotches on the next load of laundry. The technicians sent to fix the machine replaced two parts. Twice when they came out for service calls they did not fix it and told us that we were using the wrong amount of soap. I was not using the wrong amount of soap.
