I purchased an item and when I received it, it was the wrong item. It was listed incorrectly on their web site (and still is!). I requested an RMA the same via their web site. After more than a month, I still do not have the RMA. They are blaming the manufacturer because Home Annex uses drop-shipping, so only the manufacturer can take something back. This is bullsh*t. We bought a top of the line Stearns & Foster Mattress with the expectation that it would last at least 10 years or more. After only 2 years, the sagging in the mattress makes it almost unbearable to sleep on. Both of us wake up stiff, sore and feeling like we got no sleep. I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine in june'07, the model is fuzzy logic. We had problem in the inlet tube and outlet tube, after 2 days of complaint a person had attended the complaint. But the service was very poor and did not respond properly to the questions we asked for. Also he was very rude which made my old parents very upset. I so wish I had read this board before I purchased something from HH Gregg. I went there on New Year's Eve to purchase a Vera Wang Komen mattress set. I had done my research on which mattress set I wanted so all I had to do was walk in the store and pay for it and set up delivery. After several years of normal use, this rather high priced bathtub has several large rust through spots around the drain and in the middle of the tub. The rust in the middle of the tub consists of about a dozen or so parallel lines that to me suggests a manufacturers defect rather than normal wear and tear. I have bought a water purifier of this company(aquaguard). After six months from buying it started to make tension for me . sometimes it stop responding, sometimes it did not start. I am a regular customer of HP LPGas. In Nagpur I get it from NGDA Services located at CA Road, Nr. Gitanjali Cinema. This distributor is the most pathetic and irresponsible I have ever seen in my life. These people never pick up the phone calls made for logging the requirement for refill gas cylinders which is the basic household utility. Moreover when I visited his office, these people along with the manager replied me that its not their duty to take up the calls for refill connections. Lowe's Advantage approved work to be done by Buddy's Plumbing and Appliances in Antlers, OK, on 11 Jan 2007. Original Service Call: 10/13/07 (F70 error code and would not work). The Service Tech thought he was there to fix a washer and said he never had to work on a Duet dryer. He performed no diagnostics, but decided to replace one of the circuit boards to see if that would fix it. The part arrived in 6-10 days as expected, so I scheduled another service call. This company company's customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid over five hundred dollars for them to check my sentricon baiting system for termites and I get only excuses as to why they don't come out and check my stations. When I call to find out why, they say that they will send someone out and they never do.
