Now I have to move to a new home and apparently the delivery folks who installed it did not leave the fastening bolts required for the move. I waited 3 months to for the sofa and when I received it the legs could not be installed because the lug nuts shift inside the frame of the couch. I am having a HP gas connection with one cylinder. I have taken this connection from Maa Durga Gas Service, Sai Road, Baddi. (code No. 16272500) and Phone No. 01795-247500. My Consumer No. is 503763.
Now the Problem is that I have applied for second cylinder on 11/03/2007 and I was assure that I shall get the cylinder within one month. But I have not got it till today. Whenever I ask them they say it will take one more month. I do not know what to do.

Kitchen Aid Crock Pot
This was purchased as a Christmas present 2006 and the inner pot or crock cracked in February - about 6 weeks later. We returned it to the manufacturer (Kitchen Aid) and to date have not received a replacement. We have been told it will take until at least July.
This was a $170 crockpot. Kitchen Aid have received their money and I am sitting here without a crockpot and without the $170 spent. Where is the justice?

My 2-year-old refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday morning. We have an extended warranty on it. We called the company. They said to call back on Monday. Have tried to get Truegreen out to my place now for two weeks. They have made alot of promises and never showed up. They even sent me a bill for over 1000.00 for the whole year and was going to charge me double of what they had quoted me. I called them up and gave them a second chance, they even flubbed that up. This reply I was getting till 11.6.2007. On the evening of 11.6.2007, to my astonishment I was told that the cylinder was supplied on 5.6.2007.

I Had purchased a 1.5 liter Samsung AC 2 years back in Delhi India and it has never worked since when the temperature rose above 40 degrees centrigade. Since 2nd June 2007 it had stopped working completely and I have made several calls to the customer support number they have provided but without any response leave aside a visit.

I am hoping that someone can help me in finding out if a class action lawsuit is the way to go. We built a new house last May (2006) and had a large amount of Pergo Accolade installed. Immediately upon moving in the floor began "cricking" and "snapping". We recently bought Nafco / Domco vinyl strips and laid them in our bathroom. When we purchased the strips, the person where we purchased them from ask what type of floor we had down and I told him solarium. He said it would be ok to lay the strips over our existing floor.

I am truly disgusted with the service I have received from this "upscale" furniture shop. I ordered an ottoman and a leaning ladder bookshelf on 28DEC, they said it would take 4-6 weeks for the ottaman to arrive and it is now over 6 months later and I still have not received it.

3 years ago we purchased a Maytag washing machine, which out of the blue it developed an overflowing problem. The washer kept filling up and would not shot down, which in turn flooded my basement causing damage to our carpet and other items. Naturally since the guaranteed had expired it meant that to repair the washer it would have set us back several hundreds of dollars so we chose to purchase a new washer. Purchased a Kenmore Gas Grill 4-5 years ago. The grill worked great for about 1 month. From that point forward it has been nothing but a nightmare. The regulator has been replaced almost yearly now. The frustrating part is two fold.
1) The fact that the regulator continually has to be replaced.

Repair tech said he fixed the washing machine.So he ran the washer through its cycle before he left and five minutes later the machine quit running again. I called A&E Factory service five minutes after he left and was told that they would contact the tech and get back to me regarding a time frame for his return. I received no reply!
