This company has horrible service and does not deserve your service! We placed an order for over $3000 of outdoor furniture. They stated it would be shipped within 3 days. After 15 days and still no products being shipped after numerous inquiries, we cancelled our large order. We believe it is false advertising of products. Has anyone ever been mad over the work these contractors do in your home? How many of us hire 2 for the same job, one to do the job and the other to fix it. Yet, you never see a complaint because people just accept it and don't have the time to fight over it. I have had many contractors in my home to do repairs and threw away so much money only for the job to either be not completed or not done the right way. When I ordered dual saw I was promised a bunch of upgrades along with a trial period if I wasn't satisfied. When the package arrived there was no upgrades. Bosh charges a premium for their products and if the products were better, the charge would be justifiable. I purchased a dishwasher model SHY56A05UC/23 to have the control board fail on it within the warranty period. No big deal the part was exchanged and only had to pay the service fee. Now that the same part has failed outside of the warranty period at $260. plus service charge and Bosh says the part is no longer covered. the same part fails twice in less that 3 years and the bosh just throws up their hands and says sorry. The Worx Lithium battery is the pits. It worked for two weeks, then quit. The red light flashed while the battery was on the charger. Was told by tech that battery was defective. Called customer service, was on hold for an hour; finally recieved replacement battery, and I'm now having the same problem. Canty get in touch with customer service..I'm # 106 in line on hold. We ordered a dining table and chairs back in March of this year and were assured that it would be in on May 18th, today. When I go to pick it up, because pick up is faster than delivery, there are 4 chairs but no table. I'm told now that the table is on back order and I won't be able to get it until June 30. Greystone advertises that it's call center is open 24/7, however when I called them tonight to have an elderly friend's services restored, I received no answer. I called their main number as well as their power outage number at least 10 times. The phone just rang for 6-10 minutes per call. I started calling them at 6:30 pm. It is their policy to restore your power on the same day if the bill is paid before 8pm. I called for an hour and a half to get the services restored and got no answer. My gas was turned off Friday for "failure to comply with the meter move out program" (Which I perfer not to participate in but it looks like I have no choice). We purchased a Lane sofa leather covered recliner Summer of 2009. We immediately had problems. The underlying material on the sofa began to 'bunch up' on one side of the sofa. We called our dealer who called Lane to get the problem resolved. We've had our pool 6 years and the tile started falling off. When we called Maryland Pools to remedy the problem they say we now have to replace all of the tile and pool coping. In doing some research I learned that this problem occurs when best practices are not followed when constructing the pool. I am writing to explain an ongoing problem that I have had in trying to obtain a replacement pump Model 635 from an Intex 24 X 12 pool set that I purchased June 3rd, 2007 at a Canadian Tire store in Canada.
