Well to start with a refrigerator delivered with a huge dent!!! They took the fridge back and rescheduled for monday. Then called me back to tell me my fridge was not in stock. My landlord purchased this refrigerator for our apartment 2 weeks ago. After a little over one week it began to get too warm in the fresh food section, and I suspected the problem was frost build up. I defrosted the unit and it cooled to the proper temperature (40 degrees) but within 24 hours it was back up to 50 degrees. Extremely poor after the sales service. Do not buy from Somerville Aluminum. After siding our entire house and detached garage we immediately started getting water in our kitchen. It started that we were first quoted one price, then once the company starting loading our things the price doubled (the additional pricing was also because they were to "crate, pad, blanket, and wrap" our things for more protection. Bought a Simmons King Size mattress in 2007 (manufactured in 2006) from AARON's and it has collapsed in the sleeping areas. The model number is M14750.60.7300. This mattress has caused both of us to seek back pain medical relief. This was a very expensive retail mattress. It has a foam top layer that will not return to its non-weight position. Buyer Beware!! I bought a non-stick pan from Plasma and after 6 months it lost it's non-stick properties, even thought the warranty was for 20 years. This pan cost me almost $300 on top of it all. In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Several times, we tried to call them, but they never answered their phone nor returned messages.
