I purchased this item on line. I chose this company because they could deliver the fastest and matched price. Unfortunately delivery took 30 days, not 10 as was promised. The item came unassembeled which was NEVER disclosed on the site. The furniture was poorly made and has a sloppy finish. VERY POOR quality control on repair of household screens! Screens were not repaired professionally. Three of my four screen frames appeared "warped" (would not lean flat against a wall -- altho they do fit in window frame). I bought an Italian faucet from Sophisticated Plumbing and in 4 months it started leaking water from everywhere. I took it to Sophisticated plumbing for repair and they refused to fix it. I had to buy a new Kitchen faucet and spend in the exchange and installation of the new provisional faucet. Moved out of home and the country and they still charge me for the utility bills for a house that has new tenents in it! They told me they cant refund me the money they took out, (by mistake) unless i get a legal document saying when i moved from a real estate agent. Webb and Bowers Roofing (owned by Don Webb) is the most unethical company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with.
