We have been using ClarkBarnella while on vacation for the past 4 years. For the past 3 years their services (pool cleaning and chemical balance) has been acceptable, but nothing exceptional. I was schelduled for service on my central air unit on August 19th between 1pm and 5pm . at 540 pm I called to see where the tec was and was told that he called my house and there was no answering machine to leave a message that he was not coming. I purchased a Bragada California King topper... Received it and put it on the bed to find out it was a King. Upon calling the company they said they could not take it back because of health issues? Other mastress companies let you try out beds for 6) months with return policy. I contacted customer service about the size and per there records they say they shipped me the correct size.. I just recieved a bill that isnt due til 08/26/2010, and it has over 160.00 o flat fees on it ! It is not due until August 26th !?!?!? I use Menards on a very regular basis because they seem to have the best product out there for the money, but if I start gettign bills liek this... Ther is no way that I will continue to use them. We bought several pieces of furniture from Rochester in Centurion. Some of the items had to be replaced three times before they were of (almost) reasonable quality. Although I value Johan at the Centurion branch's cooperation, he does not see the furniture before it gets delivered, so he cannot vouch for its quality. Still now, we are sitting with a set of dining room chairs that differ as much as 3 cm in height from one chair to the other and doors on the buffet that look like the carpenter never heard the term 'square'. I have a rowenta iron for less than a year. Model No.DZ2060 U1. The wire cover split and I got a short. It frightened me so that I threw out the iron and don't even know if I was covered under warranty. I am a senior citizen and have owned several irons for the last 60 years and have never experienced this type of short. I am very disappointed because I had heard many nice things about this iron. I have experienced several instances of incredibly rude behavior by several Tahoe City Lumber employees. The customer service experience at this lumberyard is completely unsatisfactory. Gary, I believe one of the managers, is an extremely rude individual and words cannot express my feeling of hatred I have for this extraordinarily rude person due to how he treated me. Our condo association called out Roto Rooter to snake out a clogged kitchen pipe. They came and did the job, however, we discovered weeks later that the equipment that they used had created two large holes in one of the kitchen pipes. Water had been flowing freely through the holes and into the walls and insulation for four weeks. I am extremely upset with Sears Customer Care Department. I have had appointments to have my ice maker repaired now 6 times since September 4, 2009. There have been various "fixes" applied but nothing completely resolves the issue.
