I called these guys because i had cesspool issues, they told me they checked everything and all i needed was to pump tank & put chemicals in and guaranteed no more problems. CMHA hires scrupulous contractors to get their work done. Some of these contractors low-ball their bids and receive Purchase Orders (PO) from CMHA-Procurement Department, and then disappear. They provide no schedule for their work and no committment as to when they will finish the job. My Trio Refrigerator 795.77543600 recently started smoking and smelled burnt inside. The lights had melted and burned up the plastic cover on the lighting and also had burnt a hole into the product itself. Sears did charge me the $250 for the parts but I also discovered the two lights that came with the refrigerator were 60 watts each!! That is a lot of heat. Bought a couch a year ago and the warranty for $69.99. Used the cleaning solution on an off white linen couch; (followed the directions on the box)as the solution dried it left a orange ring on the couch. I tested in an area where there was no spot and it did the same thing. I called for AAA Appliance Service 7.1.2010, to come out and fix my washing machine it would not spin and was leaking water. A service representive from AAA Appliance Service came out and looked at the problem. He then gave me an estimate of $195.00, with a $20.00 discount, which then made the totall bill $175.00. I have purchased dual flush valves from parryware about 6 months ago for my new bunglow (for all bathrooms). Out of all the flush valves, 3 have already stopped working and 2 are not functioning properly. I was involved in a car accident with a Commercial Vehicle belonging to B & P Jr Fence on the George Bush Tollway in Plano, TX. Their driver was cited for causing the accident. In April we cought our dishwasher on special. It was delivered and stored pending the completion of our kitchen reno. The day after we installed it we called for service as the door was leaking (July 26th) to date the technician has come in 4 times and changed several parts. I bought a living room Durapella - Cocoa (but the color is actually cream. I bought the warranty with it and the give cleaner, I used the cleaner on it and it left stained stripes.
