Stay away from Vigitronx (Top Ten Alarm - terrible after sales support) and Telcoma (expensive low end Italian system with very limited installations in malaysia), Low quality problematic products, lousy service. The company is dishonest and is only interested in selling their rebranded low cost local system which is rebranded as Vigitronx. They depend on external contractors to install and do not have any in-house technical staff to provide after sales support. This began in March. I purchased a mattress and was delivered in April.Was slept on 4 night. Began sagging and box springs squeaked every time you moved. Replaced with same type (did the same) SAGGING. Third replace last of May same brand different style. It does not matter what style they are products the same. I switched my phone service to Affordable Phones because they only charge $20.00 a month. Unfortunately, if you ask me, you only get $20.00 worth of service per month as well. Right after I made the switch my phone service went out and it took them several days to come out and run another line. TWICE... Shaw has promised to connect TV service for us to try. Each time they promise to give us six months free service and as soon as they connect it, the bills start coming and it is NOT a free trial. This time I have an email from them as I insisted on it. Mastercraft (MC) doors are made by MidWest Manufacturing (MW), a company owned by Menards, Inc. They do not tell you this in the sales process. I had purchased a IFB microwave oven 20 ltr from one of the distributor named: Malaika Appliances in Vasai (West). Next day a person from IFB came in for a Demo, the machine worked fine then. Later on the same day evening I tried it on it worked for some time and later stopped working and the display panel was very very dim and did not work further. Natuzzi sold me a leather sofa with a 10 year warranty on the frame. It broke once and was repaired. It has broken in the same spot and now the "warranty is voided" because I moved. Natuzzi does business in both states I have lived in. The sofa has not been abused, I weigh 200 lbs and my wife weighs 10 pounds.
