It has been more than a few months since the ceiling in my bathroom was repaired and damaged the same week. Nothing has been done to fix this problem. I too am having problems and am quite disappointed. Especially, since my purchase was primarily based on Husky's brand reputation. Only 4 uses and 2 seasons later, the gun started to leak. At first these seem to be beautiful products but when you look further at the manipulation of wording you discover that you are not buying what you think you are. These are wind chimes that are supposed to be made with beach glass and stained glass. But upon further inspection you realize that they really are not beach glass at all. I have had two windows break in nine years where the glass meets the side of the house. I complained to the main company. They replied that they do not pay for broken glass. We purchased a solar powered latern at Gary Daniel's Lawn and Garden on May 30, 2010. We were told that it would glow for about 4 hours after receiving sunlight for about 4 hours. The refrigerator we purchased was delivered with more damage than was present when we purchased it. Upon delivery, the invoice had been falsified to make it look like we signed for it in that condition. Right price point, but on first day can see many weaknesses. Appears that one great vacuum engineer built a terrific bagless system and then three engineers followed behind making the plastic thinner and the accessories cheaper. Bissell promotes no more bags, but only offers disposabe $12 HEPA media. Other brands may offer this as washable. I purchased the Troy built riding lawn mower less than a year ago from Lowe's.
