We had a fiberglass "Leisure Pool" installed last year by John Buchler of JPB Fiberglass Pools / JPB Contractors. It took quite a while for completion, so basically JPB just ended up closing the pool last year. I am giving a low rating because the remodel work is progressing extremely slowly. We hired Louis Marenco of Boynton Construction to do a fairly extensive remodel on our house. He signed a contract with us stating the work would be completed by 1 June. It is 28 May and the work is only about 30% complete, and on average only 2 workers show up 2 or 3 days per week. Mr Appliance charged $65.00 for a service charge that was diagnosed wrong and refused to come out again to give proper diagnosis of the problem without another $65.00 service charge. I replaced the ONE PLUG timer that they said was wrong with it and it did not work. The owner said that I should not have fixed it myself and paid them about what a new washer would cost. All I can say is, shame on them and be very carefull to make sure you get what you are paying for. There are better repair places in this town. This is a review of Handyman Express. We used the company to get bids on some construction work (to prepare for granite installation) and plumbing work. What a nightmare. The bids are high. I went to the store yesterday got my fabric and they were serving number 50 at the time i got 53 i stood in line waiting for my fabric to be cut the ladies there were chatting with there costumers about random personal stuff before they started cutting during and after. I had a child with me that ran out of patients after 20 mins of waiting in line. Mr. Rooter came to my house to repair my main drain. While they were here they ruined my kitchen floor, Dented my washing machine and left the hole the dug unfilled. They were paid in full.
