my 10yr old oven will not turn off. I was cooking dinner turned the oven off. The heating element just kept getting hotter and hotter until we turned the breaker off. We let sit for an hour, turned the breaker back on, eveything was off on the stove and the element heated right back up very quickly so I unplugged it and its sitting on my back porch. I have purchased a Sonoma - Galaxy model reclining leather (so called) sofa and couch along with an extended 5 year warranty (rip off). The door installer installed doors in my house and couldn't wait for me to get home to check the work before I authorize payment. I told installer that I will call the office to charge my credit card when I get home from my office and after inspecting that the work was done to my satisfaction. The installer left without waiting for me and then told the Office Secretary to charge my credit card - the same card that I was charged for the initial deposit. This practice is unacceptable. I ordered four concord grape plants from TYTY. They canceled my order with out telling me. When I didn't receive them I called and was told I would have to order a total of five plants to meet the minmum purchase.
