First American Home Buyers Protection Coporation sent a local contractor to fix my HVAC unit, which stopped working late MAy 2010. The contractor, Angel AC LLC told them that my system was not working due to a stuck valce which in turn failed because of an incorrect installation. Efficient Attic Systems- Offices in Houston and Dallas, some other cities aas well. I worked there for 38 weeks as an installer of attic ventilation. Pocession of Mall has been delayed for more than 2 yrs, builder keeps asking for money without commiting any pocession date. After3 reminders he has send a threat that the Agreement Dead will be cancelled. Therefore, making sure that we are completely at the mercy of the builder. In such a case how do we get help ? Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems was going to coat a cascade for me with material similar to truck bed liner and told me he needed a deposit up front. His references said he was the best so I went ahead and did it. I paid him and he told me he would be back in a week to do the job. He did not contact me or pick up his phone for 2 weeks and then came over without announcing and I let him start working. We purchased a Kent RO system in August 2009, which has been having problems with water purification performance ever since October 2009 onwards. We would need to make atleast half a dozen phone calls for a service person to attend to it. To top it, he would identify the problem to replacement of candles etc (within such a short period?!), but he would not have the spare part with him, nor would he promptly replace the spare part shortly. I ordered four single rolls of wallpaper. When I got the second role about four feet into the roll there was a misprint and I had to cut off the paper which caused me to have to patch one roll of wallpaper. I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine. Due to its quality working, I sparingly use it ; especially for washing heavy bed sheets. The local service centre at Ernakulam, Kadavanthra, Kerala, India had collected two years contract amount for extended warranty. Since last three weeks I am desperately waiting for their technician to come and attend some leakage complaint. Nothing happened so far except my futile waiting.
