Sears' A&E Services sent out a truly incompetent technician to our house THREE times to repair our dishwasher. Each time, he ordered a completely new part and tried to install it. On the third time, he even broke the latch door. (This was a brand new, top of the line stainless steel dishwasher.) Quality Kitchens & Floors Inc in Spring Lake NC is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever come across.The owner Travis Eckhart is a crook. He makes a habit of taking deposits for jobs, then does not complete the work. He does not pay his employees on time and that's if he pays them at all. There are employees who are owed in excess of $4000. He withheld monies from paychecks for insurance that employees signed up for but then failed to pay the insurance company those funds. STAY FAR AWAY FROM M&I FLOORING. Maria is extremely bad coordinator and doesn't follow-through. We were sold on tile and lamenant flooring and install. As a gift, my sister bought me an inflatable queen size mattress at Amazon.com, in March 2010. It was not unpacked or used until several weeks later due to its intended user being away. I ordered six praying mantis egg cases and lace wings. I have not had one lace wing and when I had bought them from gardens alive I had great sucess. I have kept the egg cases on my front porch and check them several times a day. I bought them back 3/18/2010 and still there are no babies. I have contacted this company five times and they do not respond back. I spent seventy dollars with this company and feel very ripped off. All these entries are very interesting. You can also tell that most were written out of anger, and rightfully so. However, I have learned that one should be calm when trying to explain an issue. I received the unit as a gift. When I called in to report that, after only a couple months' use, there is significant oil leakage from under the blade assembly, I was told that I have to contact the person who gave me the blender as a gift and find out where it was purchased. If it was an online purchase, I need to have the order number, in order to get customer service. This is cumbersome and not at all customer friendly.
