Owners son came out to unclog our main sewer line. His diagnosis was that there were roots in our line & it may need to be replaced. He charged us the service charge fee of $ 110 plus he added an additional $60 fee for resetting the toilet for us & $25 for nothing totaling $195. Got complete system from them, Furnace, Central Air Conditioner & Tankless Water-heater. My price from them was better than what I expected. The Owner of the Company was present at our home durning the installation and stayed at the end to explain how to work our new equipment. He took a great deal of time to make sure we were happy. His employees worked on our house installing the new equipment as if it was there own home. A friend of ours had a similar system install by Direct Energy and have had problems for the past 6 months mostly because of poor installation, so glad we had called B.A.P Heating. Schill Landscaping is by far the worst landscaping company I have ever had to deal with. This past winter, they completely ruined my grass along the driveway, the driveway itself, and my landscape lighting with their plows. The inground pool located 50' from my door was under demolition preparing for rebuild. Besides the noise of commercial air compressors and jackhammers starting at 7:00 in the morning the contractor made it unsafe for travel between our door and the street. Compressors feeding 100 psi of air into two 1" frayed and damaged airlines running 7 jackhammers were strechted from the parking garage, past my door, down the steps, to the main entrance and across. Before I left, damaged lines resulted in one breakage. Additionally none of the iron couplers had any safety clips that they were designed with. August 20, 2009 we signed an agreement to have vinyl siding installed on our home. Rick Napoli, owner of Northwest Redevelopment came on that date and presented us with a new vinyl siding that solid, not flimsy like the old vinyl siding, a siding that would take a flying rock off a lawn mower and not dent or puncture it. I tried for about a week just to get basic information from this place about buying a dining table. The employee was very unresponsive and I had to keep recontacting her to try to get assistance. The few responses I did get were very generic and unhelpful. It didn't appear she was interested in our business, so we went elsewhere. Mr. Foley did work for us but after he finished the job we found out that he is an unlicensed contractor. Without going into all the details, the work he did was very poor and when asked him to fix the problems he had an arrogant attitude and was not willing to fix the problems. We finally had to contact the contractor's board and were told to file a criminal complaint. When the contractor's board inspector came to inspect his work, he told us it was not done properly and that we would need to have the work redone and to get 3 bids. Had the same problem with Husky 2000 pressure washer from Home Depot . Used for 10 minutes, 1 time, didn't have great pressure, next time I used it weater poured out gun, replaced that and had no pressure.
