This Duct Cleaning Company advertises a low $39.99 then tries to convice you to paymore when they arrive. They multiply the number of returns at your home by the low attractive offer. On top of that they hook up their loud equipment after little "preping". The equipment is actually not sucking out anything, but making a lot of vaccum noise. I caught this deception by being very curious and observant. It seems many of the duct Cleaning Companies are doing the same smoke and mirrors Scam. I purchased this cookware at Linens n things 2 years ago, I have had to replace 2 of the pots. The large chafing pan can't even be used since everything either sticks or burns no matter how careful you are while cooking. The bottoms of the pans used most often are rusting and oxidized. I purchased the Montel Healthmaster with the 7 year extended warranty about a year ago. A week after I got it the lid broke. Naturally it was the only part of the lid that stopped the entire unit from working. I purchased this product to replace a 16 year old unit. I upgraded to the 15 SEER unit to save on energy efficiency. Purchase/installation took place in Aug 2009. I had Masonite french doors installed three years ago. The seal around the doors and in the middle is just a bad design. I bought a BRAND NEW pump from these scam artists. Apparently, they buy defective merchandise, sell it as new, then hide behind the manufacturers warrantee and leave you stranded. I bought a $600 pump, it arrived defective. They tell you you'll need a return authorization and give you a toll free number. The toll free number always goes to a machine and they do not return ANY phone calls. I called every hour of the day for 2 weeks with no response. They only responded to CITI bank when they tried to charge him back for the pump. They sent CITI bank a FORGED signature to say I signed for the item!!!
