I heard nothing from them and it was only when I chased them for a expected delivery date that I was informed the product in question was out of stock and they could not indicate when they would be able to fulfill the order. This has been one of the worst experiences dealing with appliance companies. I was (still is) trying to get a resolution for my problem with A/C and this company was sent by my Insurance. This professional is inadequate and negligent in inspecting our home prior to purchasing it. Visual area under the stairway (near entrance) which has the main water shut-off valve was NOT viewed and the drop ceiling area was NOT viewed.
