I called a company that sent Al Pier to fix my a/c problem. Al Pier mentioned that the company cost of repairing the problem would be 1000 but he could do it for 400. He siad that it was a small thing in the a/c. However a/c worked for 7 days before it died out. Then he told me that the a/c unit would have to be changed and since he was at fault he would do it at cost. He told me that the cost was $4000 but he would further discount me the $400. Fridge not working frpm 30-08-2009. Called service person who attended earlier when the control panel had to be replaced thrice. He checked up and said the compressor was defective and to register the complaint with the call centre at the no.18601804558. I think it's rediculous how these people can bill us for a mis-calculation that was there fault in 2009 and decide now it's time for us to pay them back. I think they need to take the hit and it's lost revenue, I work in retail myself and if I make a mistake and under charge a customer on their bill I can't just call them to come back and pay the difference that I messed up on. This is something they need to just suck up and get over. Decision to purchase was based upon CaliBamboo's claims that their hardwood had a 2000 Janka hardness rating. We purchased approximately 2000 square feet covering three large rooms and a staircase. I worked for a few weeks on a 1099 basis building storage sheds for this company. The last two sheds I built approximately 6/6/10 and 6/12/10 - at homeowners locations in High Point and in Raleigh - well, I was finally paid some money two months later.
