I recently ordered this product as a trial for 3.95. I saw a 98.50 charge on my account a few days later. I had to call and cancel it. I just previously ordered the eye cream before I saw the charge and requested they cancel everything. The next day the eye cream fee was on my account. There advertising said after 14 days you may return for full refund. That is a lie I tried to cancel order before it was shipped so they wouldn't deduct anything from my debit card. This company is horrible!!! Horrible!!! They shipped this in a cardboard box, with paper and just one "ice pack". This chocolate will not make it anywhere in the original condition. When I received it, it was completed melted. There are many ways to ensure chocolate makes it to a destination without melting (i.e. dry ice, foam containers, etc), but this company is too cheap and too inconsiderate to use any of those. Took a brand new suit in for pressing only. When I picked it up, the lapel was pressed incorrectly covering the top button making it impossible to button without the suit buckling up. The pants had double creases down the front. When I tried to talk to them about my concerns, I was told if I did not like to take it somewhere else! Do not work for this company. They operate out of Richmond, VA and hold Federal government contracts. It is a mom and pop operation and they steal money from their employees, bounce pay roll checks and do not pay on time. Stay away from Arete Enterprises and their owner. If he or anyone from their company contacts you about a job do not work for them. They have had a history of problems for several years. I am a young woman who just recently lost my younger brother who was covered under my funeral policy. When I went in to the Johannesburg Metropolitan branch to claim for the funeral, I was told that they will not pay out because my brother is covered as my child which he isn't. This company relies on deciept to trick consumers into getting their credit card drained monthly. Be warned that if you purchase the "Free Trial" you need to cancel within 10 days or else you will be charged a monthly fee of $87. Supposedly you can get your money back by returning the unopened supplements (we'll see). I had a consultation with Coordinator Norma and she quoted me 3 different quotes for different areas of liposuction. I paid additional money to have the 3rd body part work on. I read an article from a local teacher who raved about this product, therefore, I decided to order a trial offer for which I only had to pay the shipping charges. As of today, I have had two more charges on my credit card. One was in the amount of $19.++ and the other (I only found out about it) in the amount of $95.++. The staff here is rude tried to get some errors they made on there medical reports fixed and they are doing nothing. They spout off there rules and regulations in regards to fixing errors on there medical reports.
