Horrible customer service. Took my sons down there to get an eye exam, and the other one needed a contact exam. Waited almost 40 minutes for someone to notice us. FInally, when I went up to the front desk and ask how much longer we had to wait, I was told someone will get to you shortly. I bought a Skagen watch over a year ago. It's been great, but the band needs to be replaced. It's a special type of band that I can't find anywhere. My son cut his hand at a friend's house on New Year's day. I have 4 sons and am not on medical aid so I pay cash at the emergency centres.
