I just found out today that ABC Financial has been billing me for over 5 yrs. This is not a company, it's a scam. The address, 2050 Russet Way in Carson City, NV., is a woman, s intimate apparel store. I paid $8500 to receive training, a website and a network of fellow trade brokers. I purchased 2 sets of Akoya pearl earrings for my wife and 1 pair of Black pearl earrings, and 1 pair of the south seas large white pearl earrings. One of the Akoya 9.5 mm pearls came apart and was lost, and one of the large south sea pearls 11mm came apart and is lost. I purchased these for her and the south sea 11mm for our 25 wedding anniversary present. To say the least she is heart broken and I'm very upset with the quality of the product. I purchased Real Soft Toilet tissue on 7-30-10 for $5.00 and thought it was a very good buy. It stated on pkg. that it was 2 ply but the quality was like 1 ply. Had to use twice as much paper as it was very thin. For 12 "double rolls" it was a very good price but in long run not really. So i was very unhappy purchase and again quality. I purchased oatmeal at Winn Dixie. Bugs were crawling all through it. This is the second time I've found bugs in a product at that store. The first time I found what looked like maggots in a box of pancake mix. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time, but twice is just too much. The store manager told me that this was normal because we live in Florida. I've been shopping at grocery stores in Florida all my life. I've never seen bugs. I visited his office on 8-23-2010 for the first time. He didn't introduce himself and was extremely rude. He asked me questions and acted like I was wasting his time. In the middle of me giving him an answer to one of his questions, his cell phone rang. He didn't say excuse me or anything. I purchased 4 cases of 24/20 oz bottles of pepsi from Sam's Club, and more than half of them were flat. we have been purchasing pepsi products for over 30 years and have never had such a large amont of bottles turn up flat, i would say more than half of the bottles were flat, please tell what you guys are doing that make them taste like crap, we didn't drink them after finding out they were flat, and no we can't take a picture of a flat bootle of pepsi, just doesn't show how flat they were. we would like to be reimbursed... read full review »

On August 8, 2010 I went in to the TJ Maax store in Fort Gratiot MI. I purchased items over $50.00. One item I purchased was the Artisan Coffee which had a sticker on it for 1.69. I figured this was marked down so that is why I got it..However, when I got home I saw it was 4.99 so I went back to the store to get the difference in the money. 8/2010 The female manager in the mens sports wear in Indianapolis IN North Store has a - condescending - attitude with clients that return items. Remember if you did not have paying-clients you would not have a job. On May 15th, Kates Cleaners lost a piece of very expensive clothing of mine. When I reported it, they told me that they would look for it and if not found would reimburse me for the item. Owner/Manager, Andy Nguyen kept stalling and when I finally talked to him, his response was take it to small claims court cause I'm not paying. Signed up for a "trial" that was supposed to cost about $2.50 because a charge of $99.96 for each item was supposed to be returned by rebate. Within a week I tried to cancel my "trial" and return the products. They said I couldn't because I hadn't signed up for the trial program but the "rebate program" instead. When I inquired about how to get the rebate, they said I had to keep my account active for beyond 30 days. I purchased a $3000 ring for my wife with a 1/2 karate center diamond. When I proposed to my wife, the same night, she noticed a line in it. We looked and it was a definite crack. We took it in and one person said it was a crack. Another said it was not a crack and nothing would be done about it. They have very high prices and some rude and impatient people. When you open up a credit account with them and you start making partial payments like $25 per month, they make it overdue, they place your account on hold and make you have to pay them directly for the 2 orders, so by the time you have no supplies and you pay off your balance you cannot do another order using credit. I am getting tired of them, they monitor your phone calls without your permission. They give me the run around with finding products. This company thinks that when they represent you for a temporary position, that you are not allowed to go on other permanent employer interviews. If you do, you have to give 3 days notice, go on your own lunch hour, or before and after your temp job. When I contacted them about another opportunity, they completely dropped me because of a misunderstanding when I wouldn't take a temp job on their terms listed above. This is a scam, after filing out your info to accesss their job listing board, they will text you a number to use as a PIN number on their website. Actually, you are signing up for a $9.95 a month service to send you a text saying that you IQ is higher than average, which I found rather ironic considering how stupid I felt after falling for this scam. I was sued by this doctor for libel only becasuse he had the money to do it, thankfully I was defended by an excellent lawyer Debby Schlussel. The reason I was sued was that I placed my story on rippoff.com which I believe was recently paid off to remove my posting. Beware of this doctor he lied to us and laughed about it later. Karl Swanson is a greedy HACK. He lies in order to get you to surrender to his hard-core sales tactics. He doesn't care about his patients. PERIOD. He's only governed by the mighty dollar and he ignores ethics and common consideration. He told me a lazer procedure would have NO down time. He Stiffed Me. He Shorted me my change. Then he denied it. Not just a couple of dollars, either. When I said I wanted the rest of my money, he said it didn't happen.
