Ordered a tennis racquet from them as a christmas present, to match my wife's old racquet (Triad 3). Entered model type on website Search function. Search resulted in Triad 3.0, which I ordered. Turns out the Triad 3.0 is not the same racquet as the 3. Discovered after hitting one shot, after first use. The Search should have sent me to T-3 (which would have been the same racquet)as Triad 3. I have a loved one in the Meridean Rehab facility in Redbank who wishes to remain anonymous. My relative claims to have been sitting in her soiled undergarnments on several occasions for several hours despite having notified the nursing staff. I ordered a ring 1/4 size smaller than what I needed thinking that a jeweler could "stretch" the ring that tiny bit. You can only order rings in whole sizes.
