Sent coffee, tea and charged my account without authorization. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. I am going to contact 1) athe post office since they send things thru the mail and 2) the states attorney for them charging my account without my authority. I have called them several times and never get a response only an answering machine. I have had them blocked from charging anything to my account. This scam has many names but all have to do with coffee or tea. lucky for me I check my account on a regular basis and was able to call my credit card company and have the charge blocked. After spending an absolute fortune in my local woking store and online this xmas and having recently had a baby, with a kitted out toys r us bedroom, i am appalled by the so called CUSTOMER SERVICE.!
I bought a from birth wrap around for my baby aged 16 weeks, wrapped her in it, thought it was a bit snug but thought it would do for a few months.Discarded the packaging(like you do.) But kept the reciept, took my baby out on the school run one early cold morning, and she just broke out of the wrap around.

I have ordered some Ugg Boots for my fiance for a christmas present. Unfortunately I have found that this company is completely bogus!!! Their website is almost identical to uggastrailia.com whom are the correct company. The difference in website is very slight.

To my understanding a private hospital is suppose to give quality service with satisfactory food. This does not happen at this hospital. Returned shoes as they were not a true 10.5 US sizing. Wanted to buy a more expensive shoe...but since I paid with PayPal funds, they could not sell me a different shoe, and my monies paid will take up to SIX WEEKS to be refunded!!!

I have just had $200 Aus deducted from my credit card a month after they took 3 lots of shipping amounts from my credit card. How do we stop this?????? I have been reading some of the nay sayers about this scam. Believe me it is real. Yes, when you read the fine print they do mention and warn about additional charges. What they fail to tell you is that they sell your information to other companies who deal in the same type of product. (Or it may be the same company/product under another name. This is the place shows how unprofessional customer service, and how bad the experience you get. All they are concern is about your pocket money. I had a horrible lasik experience there.
The surgery scheduled on 2:00PM, but the doctor arrived at the office after 2:30PM. There was no recovery room after surgery. There was no follow-up call to ask your feeling after surgery. Hi.. keep well away from this company.. it is abig scam. i was stupid enough to take the free trail and was just supposed to pay the £1 .83 pence postage fee, when i clicked to complete transaction, iwas charged £7.57 . when i inquired via the live contact screen iwas told it was that amount to the uk. i cancelled straight away and was given a cancellation number.

I called to complain and was told they would refund 1 month and have to get authotization for the other 2 months. I said 1 month was fine. 31 days later no response.When I contacted Nase I was told they did not approve a refund for the fradulent charge. I had ordered an $8.95 sample jewelry set and did not realize I had authorized them to add me to their "club" as well. (The sample, by the way, was complete junk when received; one of the earrings even broke as I was removing it from the wrapping.)

They refused to refund anything ... they did give me a cancelation # ... but trying to track them down was a feat in itself! After calling the customer service I was told that by agreeing to something (she could not tell me what) that I had authorized the charge. I ordered a 30 day trial & was billed before the 30 days. I called to cancel & told them I was disguested they hadn't waited the 30 days. They appoligized & said I'd get a 20% credit back & a 100.00 gift card in the mail. Those didn't show up but the product did. I wrote refused on it & called the company again.
